On my non-shooting hand. Its not that bad but limits my range of motion. I'd like to keep playing so I don't want to splint it.
Am I going to make it worse? _________________ Lakers Gonna Lake |

You should let it rest and treat it to allow it to heal properly. You can keep playing as long as the pain is tolerable and you wrap it to keep it protected but I wouldn't recommend that. If you can allow it to heal and wait, I would. I sprained my wrist when I was younger and continued to play not thinking about the long term consequences. I have problems now when I lift weights because it starts to get sore after a while. |

those cold finger wraps do really well...you can still play and it doesnt hinder movement that much. plus, it really makes it better quickly. _________________ Monta Ellis: "Kobe is #1, I'm #2, LeBron is #3." |

I had my best shooting summer of my life 3 years ago with a broken pinkie UNSPLINTED. But yeah, a sprained thumb is different cause your using it a lot...Why not a splint? |
