Yeah, The Ghostface album is tight. TI-King is okay. You might wanna check out that gnarls barkley CD. I consider it Hip-Hop/soul. I really don't know how to categorize it. Here's a song from the upcoming CD which comes out this week...

Well I know you guys might be sick of the gangsta hip hop but I am from L.A and that is what we love out here. The Game a.k.a Chuck Taylor a.k.a Hurricane is coming out with his new album called "The Doctor's Advocate". Supposedly gonna be on fire like his cherry red Impala. I mean to me right now in the mainstream hip hop game , The Game ,Kanye West, Mike Jones and all Swisha House(an yes that includes Paul Wall what it do) ,E-40 and all the hyphy movement cats up their in the Bay, and 36 Mafia, and Busta gotta be the hottest on the planet for the present.
Now going into that underground real soul hip hop movement gotta seriously agree with the homie from Vancouver. Murs album is sick. Always liked Murs from all the tracks I heard dude with Slug . Didn't get to hear that new Aceyalone but I am pretty sure it is an instant classic.
To everyone happy limewire downloading .

Great list. All of Cunninlyguists albums are dope.
Also check
Supastition - 7yrs bad luck, The deadline EP & Chain letters
Blackalicious - Nia, Blazing Arrow & The craft
Brother Ali - Shadows on the sun
Cage - Hells winter
Cyne - Evolution flight & Time being
Five Deez - Koolmotor
J-Live - All of the above, The hear after & The best part
Qwel - If it aint been in a pawnshop it cant sing the blues
The Roots - Illadelph Halflife, Do you want more & Things fall apart
You may have some of these but if not they are all must haves for hip hop fans. _________________ "The advice I get from Magic, Michael and those guys, that's always sacred," Bryant said. "That's going to the mountain top and talking to Buddha, know what I mean? That's privileged information." |

the problem I have with most underground artist is that their rhymes are usually better than their beats. is that Murs album upbeat or dark hiphop? _________________ New Orleans Hornets superstar point guard Chris Paul is reportedly headed to the Los Angeles Lakers in a blockbuster trade. |
