Nice. Solid veteran pickup.

I like it. Can’t hurt. Solid vet on the cheap, can’t beat that.
With Gabe out, Christie hurt, Vando hurt, etc., nice to have a vet when needed.

Gotta give credit to Rob. He did his magic. The criticism should fall on the players if they fail. Not him.

A lot of people thought the Mavs had an edge over us because of familiarity but I’m like why would you go back to a team that just traded you?

You’re from LA. You get play for the team you grew up rooting for. A team you can clearly help.

Rob clearly instructed Ham to have Mays play 16 minutes out there so Spencer could go yeah. I can easily play 25-30 mpg on this team and help out.

DLo played almost 40 min last night.

I love the adage its free, its for me. Its a no brainer. This also supports that fact that sometimes, the best trade is no trade. Having DLO, Spencer, and potentially a pick >>>>>Murray.

Great signing…

You get to love all those comments about defense… who cares beggars can’t be choosers….

Thank you Rob. We always used to lose players..

He's an average defender. He's always asked to defend above his size.

Terrific addition. Spence + Gabe’s return, could be all the “new pieces” we need.

He’s not washed at all. Fresh new start is just what the doctor ordered.
Nets suck…Mavs traded him, he made the decision on his own to be a Laker. Loves Kobe, friend and former teammate of Russell. Lebron and Davis saying the positive contributions he can make to the team.

Low risk, low cost, high reward signing in my opinion.

He’s better than Max Christie but it also says the Lakers have most likely given up on him

I don’t see that at all. Lately Christie has been playing real quality minutes and finishing 4th quarters.

Dinwiddie is a good player who basically was dropped on the Lakers lap. Can’t pass on that. It’s up to Ham to balance the minutes.

If they believed in Christie they’d want him to get the minutes, not bring in a guy like this

Who does he replace in our rotation and take minutes from?

Gotta give Rob credit. Great job!

Dinwiddie can give you 20-30 points at any given moment… give me a break. I like max but he needs couple years more….

Gabe isn’t coming back.
Injuries have hobbled the team all year.
Dinwiddie is cheap insurance.
Like him to get more of Prince’s minutes, to be honest.

Wow. Way off on that. I would say its more like he is better than Mays and gives us an additional option in the backcourt (especially considering Gabe).

For those who aren’t familiar with Spencer’s game, he’s a guy that would get 30 point 10 assist statlines all the time when he was the man in Brooklyn. He’s a big point guard. Not the greatest defender but very smart and crafty.Great pickup! Can never forget about him crying his eyes out when he heard Kobe passed!
