Long overdue for a win in Philly.

The Sixers, with Embiid and the emergence of Maxey, are a top tier EC opponent. This will be a stern test for both teams.
The Lakers have to bring their A game, especially on the defensive end.

We'll also need Wood, Hayes & Christie to play well once again......... GO LAKERS!!

I just only care that no one gets hurt when Embid throws his body around like a bowling ball fishing for calls. F the win or the loss, I just don’t want him taking out Bron, AD or anyone else flopping

If you want to win this game don’t make Harris into a star which is difficult because he usually always plays well against the Lakers, Embiid is guaranteed to get around 35-45 points, how AD and others step up in this game will tell us rather we stand a chance

Pretty much, but Ty Maxey will be a problem too. He is becoming a force to be reckoned with. Maxey is a fearless, young, elite talent who can score in bunches.
DEFENSE is the key. We have to play with energy for four quarters.

I agree, what Maxey has shown is that he’s good enough to get the keys to the franchise if the Sixers can’t win with Embiid as there best player

I don't like this matchup. Embiid flails around all over the place so is a big injury risk for AD, and Harris always plays like prime Jordan against us.

Philly is also the type of team that would get up to play us like it's the super bowl.

The quote from Embiid's teammate that precipitated these responses was rich.

Ham is like a box of chocolates. He did an amazing job patching a starting lineup and made good rotations. What will he do tonight?

This is a winnable game but I'd feel more confident if they still had James Harden.

INJURIES FROM THE OTHER SIDE

Per Pompey

Sixers guard Jaden Springer (illness) and forward Danuel House Jr. (left quad bruise) are listed as questionable for Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers at the Wells Fargo Center.
Kelly Oubre Jr. (fracture rib) remains sidelined.

I have faith in TDRock's injury reports but this doesn't look good. So many GTD & OUT. This is another game that'll take some patchwork. Ham is doing a good job having the team at 10-7 with all the injuries we have. Maxey will test Dlo and AR defenses. I feel pain for both of them. Maxey ain't no joke.

Cam Reddish has been downgraded to OUT tonight at Philly and will miss a third straight game due to his left groin strain. Expect Max Christie to again start in his place.
