Thats the answer I got for ya.

Kerr probably saw the Warriors fouled too much last game. He told them to stop fouling. And thus they gave up less FTs.

When you get blown out by 30 there’s nothing the refs can do about it

Inconsistency of effort strikes again. Especially on defense. Lakers looked a step slow and tired most of the second half. Too many easy shots for GS.

Pretty basic stuff. No commitment to defense every play, struggle and give up 40 pts a quarter.

Series 1-1. Win the next one.

We gotta adjust how we guard ball screens.

We also can’t have ADs touches all be off pick and pops.

Simple we had more misses for them to rebound.

Lakers shot 50% fg and 3... Not much rebounding opportunity there.

They need to run LBJ/AD pick and rolls when they are man, lebron high post when they are zone. If nobody is hot from the 3, stop taking them.

Not unsurprising, home teams in playoffs have a tendency to win, and often big, when down 0-1 in a series.

AD not having a big game was also predictable - I mean, Dubs were going to adjust.

The 20+ point loss also was sorta predictable anyway, in light of the first point.

Dubs are no joke, our team will just need to get its collective act together when the series really, really starts on Saturday. Lakers better start getting real or this will be a short series, in the wrong way.

They should not be anywhere near us in rebounding if we want to win…Lebron and AD need to average 15 rebounds a game, but with Reaves slumping…they have to exert more on offense

Who can we throw at Klay though.
AR is the only one big enough (Well Christie but he wont get PT). Beasley doesn't defend and Vando/Dennis is on Steph duty.

I can literally only think of… Rui? Troy? I don’t think DLO can get it done

Klay got 3 open 3s when Rui was guarding him, he is not fast enough. I would stick with AR.

Next year Dillon Brooks will guard him for us.

Reaves getting dead legs from chasing Klay.

But not sure who else can guard Klay.

Either Reaves or Troy

TBJ sucks so bad on navigating screens, I wouldn’t put him on Klay.

Klay were
5/14
5/10
3/10
4/9
5/11
2/9
2/10
6/16
In the 8 games before today. Hueber was the guy guarding him a lot of the times and also Monk.
I would stick with AR. One got game should not make us take out AR

No doubt. Lakers could have taken higher quality shots. The quality shots they got, they missed. You will not be winning games against Warriors like that.

There are more ways to attack than just shoot the 3 against the zone. Zone also give up a lot of offensive rebounds, and we didn’t get many

Its not that can't guard Klay. It is just a matter of staying mentally sharp and putting in the effort.

Effort. The same effort wasn't there and Warriors played desperate. How did the Kings beat the Warriors in game 6 on the Warriors home floor? The Warriors did not want to go to game 7 but the Kings played harder and were more desperate. You can't fake desperation. You either have it or you don't.

Vando on KLay..IF HE GET HOT...Stop doing that idiot trap thing...you cant keep doing that everytime.

Stop shooting 3s thats not their game.

Get AD the ball even if you got to do pick and roll or he has to even come out and get the ball and do iso clearout...who going to defend it?

I thought AD was ready to take the baton. Last night's performance changes my mind. He didn't play with any enthusiasm. He wasn't as firey in the huddle as he was in game 1. AD is not consistent. He's still Robin in need of a Batman.

Hes taken it. Its his team for better or worse. We all knew we go as he goes. Hopefully he goes.

The baton is still in Brons hands. A good game followed by a bad game is not going to get it done. AD's too inconsistent.
