Is Bamba still on the team? Don't see him listed in the box score, not even as a DNP.

Interesting….

That's what I also said a few games back. Let Austin get off against the 2nd unit a bit more and let Dennis and Vando chase Klay and Curry all over the place.

AD (36), LeBron (6), Wenyan (6)
LeBron (28), Rui (20)
Vando (36), Rui (12)
D'lo (30), Austin (12), Lonnie (6)
Dennis (30), Austin (18)

Yes, I think Lonnie can give us something in this series.

Can somebody please tell LeBron James, that he’s not good at shooting three pointers?

The injury might keep him from driving to the lane but if that’s the case, then let somebody else score

I’m an Austin stan and I like him off the bench this series. I’m good without Lonnie though. Troy’s been OK though

Golden State is 19/36 from 3.
Lakers are down 30.

How is that not playing bad?

go look up the amount of FT's we had last game...then look up the amount of FT'S we had THIS game.
Another way of explaining this simply for you is:
Do you think the refs call every single game, in every single arena the same, every single time, always?
Thats the answer I got for ya.

someone posted the amount of FTs GSW had vs Kings and now us. i know we don't foul a lot but I don't if we can really hang our success on the refs. They have been pretty generous with us.

Ikr. Zone defense takes away shots at the rim…what are we supposed to do? I guess we could push the pace more but that would play right into the Warriors hands

They are just gonna let us shoot and shoot to wall off the paint, and I told all you naysayers that Warriors defense looked really good, idk why people thought that we’d have an much easier time scoring this round.

I would rather have a chance to win the game

Let me ask you this, do you think as highly of the Sixers chances against the Celtics after they lost as horribly as they did in game 2. That's your answer. Great teams don't allow themselves to be embarrassed like this.

Pretty much this. Loss is one thing, this is an embarrassment.

and yet stealing home court is apparently nothing to you two...well done!

Oh I remember it. But that team was coming off an NBA finals. Had proven its mettle. These guys not so much. Even more important, you are killing my sour vibes

And that team wasn't a wildly inconsistent play-in team. We are all forgetting what this current Laker team is all about. A month ago, even making the play-in was in question. We beat a crippled, dsyfunctional Griz team, and an exhausted Warrior team coming of a pivotal 7th game. We get the rested, adjusted Warriors tonight and we get creamed by 30.

Stop assuming that this Lakers team is that good. This isn't 2020.

Lakers need to get back to pushing the Warriors around in the paint in Game 3 and play at their pace rather than at the Warriors pace.

It is a soft league right now overall though, with the current rules it is very difficult to play competent defense. Essentially it is a 3 pt shooting contest and even then they call touch fouls on little or not contact on the misses.

Ham credited Draymond Green’s defense against Anthony Davis for part of Davis’ offensive struggles. He said the Lakers need to get creative with how and where Davis is getting the ball offensively.

How do you continue to say this when you have seen this over and over on game video. It’s not rocket science to know that you want AD moving as he’s attacking Draymond. Like come on, did you not expect AD to be guarded by Draymond as the adjustment.

Anyway, I expected the L tonight. Lakers have to hold serve at home like they did against Memphis. If we lose at home then it’s trouble.

I like this lineup too, however, I am in favor of Lonnie over Troy.

Lonnie can keep up with Poole off the bench.

They can’t stop Davis from setting up in the block.

The scheme and his decisions leave him 20 ft from the basket. Having to dribble like a guard to get in the paint.

Let someone else set the screens. Lebron even.
