Mother of Toddler Attacked by Coyote Intends to Sues Huntington Beach

A California mom and her attorney announced they plan to sue the city of Huntington Beach after her daughter was attacked by a coyote. The ordeal happened five months ago during a beach outing with her family. The toddler's mother, Breanna Thacker, says city officials failed to follow through with plans to try to scare the coyotes away. The lawsuit comes as more coyotes are seen roaming residential neighborhoods.

Sure, coyotes can be a nuisance but that was also some pretty terrible supervision.
Nice reaction time, "adult". I'm sorry but even in the day time my toddlers were either in my arms, holding my hand, or not less than 1 foot away from me if we were at the shoreline like that. Add into the fact that this was at night? Lol

Go ahead and blame the city for your (bleep) parenting all you want. REAL parents know who is to blame here. So if a rogue wave comes in and drags the kid out to sea is the mom gonna sue the Earth? Foh
