Don't have to be an expert to see a repeat of the end of the Kobe era..

Overpaying your aging star, creating the inability to fund a decent team around him!

Thanks LeBron!

Sad to think that the Lakers have no chance at winning another Championship until he leaves...

Kobe was not near the top of his game. Guys like AD and Westbrook, isn't that funding talent around him? RW is still an expiring no matter what at the end of the day, he will be movable. This is a different picture than Kobe's last 2 yrs where he was had fallen off a cliff and there were no other stars on the roster.

Here's what I said: Overpaying your aging star, creating the inability to fund a decent team around him!

I never said anything about Kobe's talent level at the time. And an under-performing Westbrook and and often injured AD is exactly what I meant when I stated:

the inability to fund a decent team around him!

Right?
