USA! USA! USA!

Anyway I figured I'd set up a place to talk about the team and the games as we progress through the tourney.

Spain is such a good test for them, but I hope this is not an indication of Kerr's rotations. He's pulling guys when they get hot.

I cannot believe Rudy Fernandez is still playing for Spain.

Hmm, the game is on FOX. I think they will make a bid for the NBA knowing that ESPN/ABC can't afford all those sports properties.

Good close to the half. Looked like Spain had their number but USA tightened up the defense.

I thought I read NBC was taking back over part of the NBA broadcasts.

In any event Fox sports and USA basketball partnered up this year in a multi year broadcast agreement.

God Edwards is such a ballhog

He has Ingram trailing him and he chooses to travel instead of passing. Get that AAU (bleep) out of here.

I swear to god, this is why Euroleagues are catching up.

No one learns to pass the ball in the US until they hit the professional level. Ghost of AAU basketball in the international game.

Old habits die hard.

Reaves should start over Edwards until he learns to pass the ball.

Great sequence from AR. Pull up jumper for the lead, steal and outlet to go up 4.

Going forward, Kerr should go with the most cohesive, not the most talented units.

Oh he will. He's from the Popp school, he doesn't care who you are if you're not doing what he wants.

I'm just not sold on Haliburton's game. He's unpredictable and erratic. Everyone says he's a good passer but I see plenty of tunnel vision from him out there.

Austin isn't the best player on this squad but he's the most consistent and definitely one of the more important guys - which is what I think Kerr mean by referring to him as a connector.

He's the stabilizer and constant. He keeps the ball moving but also knows when to attack and be aggressive. If I were Kerr, I'd consider starting him.

Edwards man. His game is so antithetical to the team game. Good luck playing 1 on 1 in the tournament.

Yeah even watching him during the NBA season… Obviously he's talented and he can play that's not even a question. But I don't know how I feel about him yet.

PHX is going to regret trading away cam and Bridges for KD soon, those 2 are perfect pieces for any contender.

It makes little sense to play Edwards and BI together,
