You have to create a NBA ID at www.nba.com if you haven't done so already. Then simply log in and check out any game you want (except Lakers and Clippers unless you subscribe to cable).
I'm on a Playstation 5 using the NBA app and logged in with my Spectrum account, so all games are available including the local ones. You can even start a game from the beginning if you want to skip through the slow parts.

Why is every team playing today, but there are no games tomorrow?
So that no team knows who is winning or losing on their last day. They are trying to start all those games on the last day at the same time so no team can tank a game to plot for seeding.
