| This old Laker team with a roster from the beginning of the season would probably play better defensively if the NBA got rid of the zone rules and brought back the hand check rules |

Don’t know how you came to that conclusion. I’m saying there are Lakers fans complaining about stat padding like he’s not actually scoring which we need him to do. How is that stat padding? If he gets the scoring title and closer to Kareem good for him. Just noticing more complaints about stat padding all of a sudden as his points per game increase |
