Not playing Westbrook would have won is this game.

His shooting, defense and everything else sucks.

Ship him out!!!!

Westbrook was fine. Some bonehead plays, it’s the Rondo minutes that killed us. Him and Jordan were our biggest negatives.

Westbrook has so much trouble controlling his energy.. He tries to do too much and usually too fast.. Anthony had plenty of time to get a better look

Raced that last shot ... I dunno man.. I am sure he has it in him.. just stubborn or something.. frustrating to watch him play

He is...what he is. He had a strong of games having one poster mic dropping how great and awesome he was awhile back. Now you get some of this other stuff.

That's Russ. And this is our Los Angeles Lakers. May the basketball Gods help us.

With the number of vets we have on this time it's shocking the number of unnecessary turnovers we make. Not that it would have necessarily won us the game but I thought we should have brought Ariza sooner to guard DeRozen. But even when he was in, he got switched off or was not guarding him for some reason. Good energy but disappointing we could not win a game we really could have won.

He should never see the court as a starter again. Not much from the bench either.

It's a shame that LBJ and Westbrook never took the time to actually work on their free throw shooting. Alas.

Who knows. But I guarantee they’ll come out motivated after these two losses

They're gonna eat us alive in the pant with Ayton and McGee.

An if our small ball gets hot and it neutralizes there bigs like it did for a Vucevic tonight?

It’s sucks we lost but let’s not overlook what did work for us tonight moving forward

With Dwight playing DJ's minutes, then getting Reaves back, we may actually win some of these games. Until then, it's really going to be difficult.

Ah.. so where was that extra 20/9/8/1/2 gonna come from then to ensure we don't lose this game by 25?

I don’t think he had a lot to do with the loss, it was mainly due to we couldn’t stop DDR, but he is not allowed to miss according to people on LG

Yeah I'm not on Team Overreact like that

I mean team is banged up...BUT...thing is, there's always an excuse for this club. It's like, unless they have at least 40 games with a complete and full and healthy lineup some folks will claim we can never "truly gauge" them...

But, here we are. I've been out of ideas for about 2-3 weeks now and just sorta hope something unexpectedly good happens. Cuz right now, it's been an avalanche lately of bad news (COVID issues, AD injury, other injuries, yadda, yadda).

Don’t forget his defense. A .500 ball club with Westbrook.

Now I know why so many were not happy about him coming here.

Westbrook isn't solely why we missed 5000 free throws. I mean if we had hit our free throws we would've won, if we could've rebounded (looking at you DAJ) that would've helped us to win. There's just so many things beyond Westbrook missing one play in the game is what I'm saying.

There have been games to call out Westbrook but he gave consistent defensive effort all game. His issue was shooting random bricks at times when we could have pushed the lead to two possessions. It happened at least two important times. That ugly jumper that’s in between a bank shot and pullup

No one is blaming Westbrook for the lose but the missed FTs and the bad possession at crunch time was a back breaker.

We FA SHO need some folks to come up out of the protocol by the time we play the Suns.
