Get the batter 0-2, throw hittable pitches in the zone. A Dodger classic.

Not a bad outing for the rookie. Glad the fans are giving him the standing ovation.

The Phillies record was 14-17 when this series started. I would have been disappointed in a 2-2 split with them.

Nice hit by Muncy. I thought it was going to be a double play but it found the gap. LOL

Well it was gonna be either Muncy or JT hitting in to a dp so not surprised.

And Bellinger strikes out swinging at an obvious ball. That’s why he is hitting .198.

He really loves those high out of the zone fast balls. At least he is laying off the low and away ones.

In general, it's hard to point the blame at offense (especially the first two games). Biggest disappointment has been pitching and defense. Our pitchers have not been able to shake off errors, and get the last outs of the innings...Has cost us nearly every game.

It's a shame, because Grove would have ended up with a pretty good outing if not for Gavin's f'ing error.

A lot of chatter on Dodgers Twitter today that Lux should be dealt and that his body language looks terrible.

Trea Turner sure hits into alot of double plays, my goodness for a batting champ and speedster...

He's not a run producer. He shouldn't be batting anywhere but leadoff.

We just love to bail out their pitchers with dp's. At least we got 1 run. Let's hold them off here and walk it off.

Will Smith is the unluckiest hitter I have ever seen, in all my years of watching Dodger baseball, and that's been since the mid 1980's.

Yup, dude's a magnet for hard hit line outs.

Looks like we’re throwing a guy we just called up, Michael Grove.

Honestly, I’ve never even heard of this guy and I feel like I’m pretty we’ll tuned in on the pulse of the team.

Given how hot the Phillies have been, this could be either good (as they may not have a scouting report on him) or really bad as they may just tee off on him.

Either way, I’m not sad to see the Phils leave town today

Grove was our 1st or 2nd rd pick a few years ago. I think he's consistently been top 15 in our system over the years.

We might need 6 hits to score this 1 run.

Nope, 2 hits did it.
