lakers had control of the game until they put everyone in foul trouble. hard to win when its 5 against 8....

LOL this isn't about refs. That's a microcosm for what's really going on

Old physically and weak mentally. That’s not the refs fault

The problem is that this Lakers team needs to be playing 8 on 5 to be competitive right now.

Refs were blatantly bad and came off at times as giving the team the middle finger.

With that said championship caliber teams fight through that as games like that rear their head from time to time. The bigger issue to me is the fact that as that happened and the team started getting distracted with refs, Suns elected to pressure more and the Lakers folded like a cheap suit. That needs to be fixed, period. That is entirely about mentality and composure…or the theme pelinka “set” for the team: mindset

I normally don't like blaming the refs, but last night's game was hard to watch because these refs were so blatantly inconsistent, on several instances of identical plays. That was a flat out terrible game to watch.

It's on the Lakers to keep their composure, and it's not the only reason the Lakers lost, but it's rare to see the refereeing become a factor as significant as it was last night, and that really degrades the quality of the game.

Being down 32 at one point is usually not the ref's fault.

Meanwhile in reality... Anthony Davis has averaged 27.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.0 blocks, 1.0 steals in the first two games.

Suns are a dirty team and Booker is a dirty player, and they let him get away with the crap

He nearly seriously injured Nurkic with this classless play tonight.

Right, that explains why the Lakers were down by 32 😂 Get real man. Lakers in their current state can't even compete with a good international team
