Frank Vogel says Kendrick Nunn’s anticipated return has been delayed when his knee did not respond the way they hoped it would as they ramped up his activity. He did not provide a timeline beyond that.

This bone bruise needs to be studied by science. _________________ Darvin |

By the way, I don’t buy for a second this was just a bone bruise.
He tore something ….
Bone bruises don’t take 3+ months to heal |

Can we hire the Rams training guys? Cam Akers returned in less than 6 months after a tore Achilles and he looked amazing . Cutting left and right while knocking people down. |

I was really pumped to see this guy, but something is definitely up with his injury. I do this for a living, bone bruises can be tricky, but t being out this long makes zero sense. |

At 26? He was the reaves for the heat 2 years ago with even bigger impact, now he is broke down? |

I have no clue at all what the heck is going on with him just saying what the potential problem might be.. they could be hiding something for whatever reason that may be |

Honestly some bone bruises take a hell of a long time...see Eddie Jones when he was a Laker....but IMO cut your losses...package Nunn in a deal with THT and get Turner or Grant (if possible)...since we have no idea what Nunn would've been with us...what are we actually losing? |

Why would an opposing GM - knowing that the dude has been out all season with a bone bruise and has just suffered a set-back - be interested in trading for Nunn? Kevin Pritchard of Indiana will likely laugh and gloat, as would the Detroit GM. |

Each sport puts different stressors on the body parts. Football guys are ready to play after ACL/MCL/Achilles injuries much quicker than hoops guys because football doesn't require as much cutting and jumping. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns". |

Not necessarily....Indiana is asking for a young talent (THT) and a #1 pick...that's doable...Nunn just makes the salaries work and they can evaluate him and see how he looks....Grant is a FA after this year so same applies. Nunn just makes the salaries work. |

I’m sure that teams are falling over themselves trying to get a guy who can’t play. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

I doubt Nunn plays at all this season at this rate.
And if he does, it's gonna be a heck of a long time till he gets into basketball shape.
And that's IF he's able to stay healthy long enough to do that. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

I love Nunn's game and really thought he would help. That ship appears to have sailed. The dream of a Nunn/Monk backcourt is over before it even started. |
