We need to see him do it against teams that aren’t complete trash, though. Still, a positive sign and I’ll take it and hope it signifies a brighter future.
He played well against a legit team in the Utah Jazz, his offense has been Improving in recent games.
He really did not. He had a spectacular dunk and an and one to close out the game, but he was terrible the rest of the game. He was on the bench when we made our runs that got us the lead and the win.
We need to set Russ free and send him to Philly for Simmons _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".
I wish the masses would stop saying he plays hard and hustles. He plays fast…when he’s attacking the basketball or when he’s about to snatch a rebound, but other than that his effort is extremely poor considering his reputation.
And it’s not like it’s an age issue…he’s been that way for years now, even when he won MVP. What’s annoying is he still has enough athleticism to be at least average in other facets of the game but he picks his spots like he’s 37 year old Lebron with a million miles on his legs and producing the majority of the offense.

Here's his last 8 games.
vs Sac 7-19
vs Atl 4-14
vs Mem 2-12
vs Sac 2-14
vs Den 7-15
vs UT 5-15
vs Ind 5-14
vs Orl 8-17
He's had 2 relatively decent shooting games. The other six were anywhere from awful to "how the F are you a professional and shooting bank shots to the top of the backboard" levels of ineptitude. _________________ KOBE
Fun fact: Russell Westbrook has a higher FG% than Steph Curry this season.
In context, whenever Steph has the ball behind the 3PT line, legions of defenses swarm towards him. Whenever Westbrook has the ball behind the 3PT line, legions of defenses run away from him.

Here's an even more fun fact. Curry is shooting a higher percentage than Westbrook on three pointers and Curry is also shooting a higher percentage than Westbrook on two pointers.
However, Westbrook's overall field goal percentage is better than Curry's because Westbrook shoots a lot more two pointers, which is a higher percentage shot.

Russ is shooting much better than Ben Simmons this season. Sixers would be smart in doing a WB for Ben deal. If only they could convince the Lakers. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

Cut me some slack I’m just trying to suggest that he’s looked a little bit like himself, yeah he hasn’t meant expectations yet but we gotta find the positives while he’s still a Laker

The Mia game is a good start. If he can put together a similar game like the Magic I’ll be impressed. If he looks more like the Memphis game I’ll stick with my opinion that he only shows up against trash teams

Westbrook isn't "shooting much better" than Simmons just because Simmons hasn't played, though I get the point you are making.
I disagree with you about the 76ers being smart to do a WB for Ben deal. I don't think WB fits with their team at all, and if I were them I wouldn't take WB if he was available for the veteran's minimum as a buyout guy.
