The players are the players, coaching won’t change that. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

our offense is 'stand around the 3 point line watching lebron dribble around and then chuck up a 3 or drive'
we don't play much defense so not sure what our philosophy is there _________________ "I bought the Lakers so I could beat the Celtics" - Dr. Jerry Buss |

Overrated.
J. Kidd and Hollins are sorely missed. _________________ Everyting negative - pressure, challenges - is all an opportunity for me to rise.

Fouling down 1 with a 5 second differential was a brutal mistake. |

Loved the comment by Fizdale post game. Just loosely paraphrasing, he mentioned a lot of guys on our team had been top guys on previous teams, but instead they should play like role players to a certain extent. In that our big name guys also have to do the dirty things, not just star player things that they used to do. |

It's sad. No attempt to get Atkinson or MDA or Stotts or somebody with an offensive mind.
Instead, it's a clunky ass roster with a clunky ass staff.
Safe to assume Frank is gone this summer. |

What does he expect to happen with a line-up of IT/Rondo/Westbrook/THT/Ariza to close that 3rd quarter. That was just horrible? Why did he not play Dwight over DJ? |

He's also probably going to run a lot of the stuff that Frank already has established, so not sure he has the freedom to do what he wants, but at the same time, his rotations and lineups are really out there.
In the end though, you can't evaluate a team or coach until their best players actually play some significant time together. For whatever reason, this year it has not been the case. It's been a mess.

Indeed, L.A. trotted out its 17th different starting lineup of the season against the Suns, which is the most in the league. Meaning, on average, the Lakers haven't managed to go more than two games straight this year before needing to change things up. |
17 starting lineups lol |

Dwight must not have been feeling well or something. Definitely one of the most puzzling decisions from the game |
