I didnt care for the clippers before last summer.
I didn't care for their signing of kawhi leaonard.
What piss me off is the media campaign they did with garbage slogans and attacking Lakers for no reason. Add kawhi's New balance ad to it.
Driven by Lee Jenkins of si who they hired.
Just plain pathetic |

| You can but due to Kawhi stringing the team along and PG who went to the Clippers instead of the Lakers, not while they are on the team. Hate Balmer too (though clearly better than Sterling). I used to watch Clipper games back when you had Danny Manning, Loy Vaught, etc. Never pulled for them over Lakers in any capacity and they never made the playoffs anyways. |

Not another state, another city, Inglewood. Ballmer bought the Forum, The House That Jack Built. They're scheduled to start the 2024 - 25 season there. I wonder, will he rename the team the Inglewood Clippers?

i wont make this political but they should have burned the name, and moved the team just to get Sterlings stench off of it. Lets be clear. Everyone knew he was a racist.
The only reason he was disciplined was because of the tapes. People all of a sudden had to get woke. If someone claims to be a lifelong clipper fan just know they willingly supported a racist. It is impossible to root for that team. |

| The Clippers are a attention seeking franchise, you didn’t see the Lakers doing stuff like this when the Lakers went on to win the championship, the Clippers know there eventually gonna move in a new area code so they want Laker fans to feel like they need to appreciate the Clippers. |

I’m mostly mad at Kawhi. He played us and made sure we couldn’t build the best team possible.
So if Clippers win without him so be it, but I hope his ego drives him out of LA seeing how well they’re doing without him |

Looking at the comments on this thread, well, gee willikers I think we might have an answer for the OP.
Seriously... Kahward and Playoff pee both went out of their way to shaft the Lakers during successive free agency signing periods. They both went beyond the norm for business dealings and made it very personal, the details articulated by many posters on this thread. Being buddies with the Laker fan base is a pipe dream. Add the chest beating, bev, the entire LA our way campaign, GTFO are you kidding me?
