Who they will play against him? Harrell? Vogel is not even planning on using Gasol when Dre is available. |

There’s just zero opposition here. Utah is shooting 63% overall and 54% from 3. Equally concerning is the absolute lack of basketball IQ and / or playmaking on the bench unit. Last year, we at least had Rondo to run the 2nd unit, but this year, we have Turnover Horton-Tucker and idiot Kuzma. Also, Trez has been an extreme disappointment as of late.
Color me concerned. |
I get your concern, but this team is no better than a .500 team without LBJ and AD. That's about what they have played.
Last year's team without both AD and LBJ, especially in the regular season, would have been an unmitigated disaster. I doubt they would have held as well as this team has.
Be happy with the split. IMO, last game Snyder elected to "even the odds" by figuring he'd play his team "evenly matched" with the Lakers by sitting out guys he probably could have played (except Mitchell). He figured no big deal if they lose, they sat folks...but if they won, even better. They lost that one, and I think it irked them a bit more than they thought, so they came out today with a chip on their shoulder.
Our fellas are just trying to stay afloat for now, and they have done that. If I do have a concern is - will they have the "chemistry" they need in time for the playoffs? _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. What makes you think Montrezl is going anywhere? Until LBJ & AD went down the Lakers had the best record in the game. IMO we're champs until the crown is taken. Apparently Gasol still has a bad hamstring, and Vogel said he probably wouldn't play |

Yup. Good thing AD3 will be back next game. I think they are above .500 team with him.

Drummond looks clumsy a lot of the time. Kinda of goofy ball. No need for it either he's quick enough.
He and Harrell take a seat let AD and Marc take these guys when healthy. |

Snyder is smart. He knows no game is ever over with the Lakers ability to get red hot. |

This is when we would go small with AD. Drummond is too clumsy |

With AD + AD Gobert is dust |
That plays into the hands of the Jazz. They can pack the paint and they can still make Drummond have to make decisions defensively. |

I hope nobody is surprised about what is happening tonight the Jazz are very good and we need all hands on deck in order to beat them are two best players are sitting on the sideline and it isn’t close are two best players are vastly better than anybody else on the team |

Did he? That’s funny.
Happy he found a good home and really happy people here aren’t talking about the old days when he was here with Randle and everyone else. Thankfully everyone moved on. |
