Davion Mitchell is a small human being. Sharife Cooper looks like he chickened out or got a promise.

Ziaire Williams at 6'10 with his movement and ball skills is super interesting if he's not a fake shooter.

Roko is a big boy already.

The smaller the player, the more outlier the skill has to be to create a successful NBA career.

Things get really fun when you see a draft board and just try to pick the 20 guys that'll actually have a successful NBA career.

I tried, and I'm down to 17.

Holy hell, Mike!!!!

Sharife didn't chicken out on the height measurement - he came in at 6'4 in shoes!!!

That can't be right. Has to be a typo. Nuts.

Cam Thomas withdrew and went back to LSU, as of yesterday.

I knew my guy David Johnson had crazy length.

Scottie Lewis with great length as well. nice. 8'5.5 reach 7'0 ws, at 6'5.5 in shoes. he needed those measurements with his weight.

Raiquan Gray measured like a small-ball PF , good for him.

Tre Mann has Jordan Clarkson's 8'2.5 solid reach

I swear they measured his hair.

None of us believe it.

Kispert has a halfway decent reach, 8'6.

Didn't expect Keon to weigh less than Scottie Lewis

Josh Primo measured very well.

Greg Brown is like Kuzma length and height

Roko is a big boy already - 225 with 7% bf at age 18. That kid could be molded into a rock.

If you're into Ayo Dosunmu, he's got the DLo 6'5 with 6'10+ wingspan going for him.

Bouknight is .25 taller than Beal, with 2 inches more reach, same ws

Also an inch taller than Clarkson with 3 inches more reach, same ws

Inch taller than Mccullum with much more length

I forgot how tiny Beal was. So that's the upside hope for Bouknight.

Gonna wait for the data to normalize, but Joe Wieskamp being an athletic freak would be a nice surprise.

yea Beal is kind of his archetype. Oladipo has pretty identical measurements too, Oladipo +1 wingspan, Bouknight +1 reach so it's even.height too

Oladipo is built like a tank, though. Also even before his injuries V.O.'s been an underwhelming inefficient volume scorer for all but 1.5 seasons of his career.

Thomas didn’t withdraw from the draft. He and Jackson only withdrew from the combine. 1st rd promises expected.

Raiquan coming in close to 6’8” surprises me. I was expecting a tall 6’6”.

His 17% body fat actually makes me like him more. Sure you could see it as hun not taking care of his body, but I see a guy who’s no athletic slouch now, put him in a good nba level conditioning program?! Geez. He may find yet another level of athleticism.

I'm not as optimistic. A guy really needs to change their habits to make it work, and they can't outwork their diet.

Jericho Sims looks like an athletic freak in the draft, let alone as a Center. Jesus at that vertical leap.

I’m curious on his real height. I wish he was an inch or two taller. What’s his wingspan?

It's the one thing he does well. I'm not optimistic about his actual basketball ability.

Givony (ESPN) now has moved Deuce McBride into the 1st Round @ #30 to Utah. I think his wingspan and vertical numbers today are only the beginning to his climb. He will excel in workouts. I now expect him to go in the top 25.

It is Insider article...

https://www.espn.com/nba/insider/story/_/id/31639869/2021-nba-mock-draft-projections-all-60-picks-lottery

He has us taking Duarte like many other mocks. I would be ok with the pick, but it would not be my 1st, 2nd or 5th guy that will likely be on the board at that time. I would prefer McBride over Duarte based on potential.

Every year at Texas, he made athletic plays that would blow your mind out of nowhere....but it was always flashes. He will defend, set good screens and rebound....but he does not really have any offensive game outside highlight dunks.

West Virginia's Deuce McBride was absolutely on fire to start the shooting drills at the NBA Combine. Really popped physically and defensively, recently moving into the late first round of the ESPN mock draft.
