When I saw Tua's fingers my first thought was, how did he break his fingers? Learning that could be a neurological reaction was something I didn't know.

The last report was he's home conscience and all extremities and working normally.

I wonder how many games it will be before Tua's allowed to play again. If he's allowed to play Sunday I'd be surprised and very suspect of the concussion protocols and the Miami Dolphins organization.

Bills shooting themselves in the foot. Dropped passes, and 3 turnovers. Lamar's passing is really underrated. He's thrown sidearm, bullets, long ball and touch passes. He also did a Houdini escaping a sack and completing a long pass, though the catch should have been an interception.

Barkley is back to his old self. The Giants lost both QBs but moved the ball well with Barkley in the wildcat.

Haven't seen the wildcat run in the NFL since forever.

Jim Harbaugh should have taken the 3 and relied on the defense.

Patriots 23 the Packers 17 start of 4th quarter. Rodgers really misses Davante Adams.

I'm thinking Adams made a mistake going to the 0-3 Raiders. They may get their 1st win of the season today against Denver.

Pac 27 Pats 24 OT

I saw this article. I wonder if this has anything to do with Tom's 11-day absence. What I glean from the article is Tom is more into football than he is family. Reads like a fighter who can't leave the bright lights.

I get the feeling Gisele is tired of doing all the family work and wants to have a life. She's doing some modeling. As Brady did a quick about-face on his retirement, Gisele has also been working again and is currently starring in a new Burberry campaign.

Trouble in paradise: Tom Brady and Gisele BĆ¼ndchen in epic fight

Fan who was leveled by Bobby Wagner files police report

On Monday night, Rams linebacker Bobby Wagner took a page from the Mike Curtis playbook and leveled a fan who ran onto the field. The fan was seeking attention and publicity. He got it.

Heā€™s now seeking more. And getting it.

Via TMZ.com, the fan filed a police report over the incident, which happened after two people exited the stands and one of them made it onto the playing surface. The person ran around with a pink smoke bomb, until Wagner and teammate Takk McKinley intervened.

Without researching the niceties of California law on the subject, blatant trespassers often have significantly reduced protections. Also, certain risks are assumed under certain circumstances. Like, you know, running onto a professional football field during a game.

So, frankly, this just seems like part of the broader effort to get attention to whatever it was the guy was trying to get attention for.

Something about pigs, I think.

From the article, it's a police report. It doesn't say antthing else. Is he after money?

Yep. He surrendered the right to complain about being taken down when he jumped the railing. Can't see how this goes anywhere, it's just a police report.

Nyheim Hines just wobbled like Tua after a hit. I'd be surprised to see him play again tonight.

Matt Ryan has to be the most immobile QB I've seen in a really long time, and his arm strength is shot. He could be a decent distributor if he had a great OL, but it's a disaster now, so he is a dead duck back there. The Colts just can't get the QB position right after Luck's surprise retirement. Philip Rivers was OK in his one year there, and certainly better than what Matt Ryan is now, but he was still largely diminished by that time.

As for Denver, Russell Wilson has looked kind of crispy as well, although he can still move a bit. But it looks like his accuracy and decision-making is leaving something to be desired. He looks significantly worse than Geno Smith right now.

This is even worse than I could have ever imagined for these QB's and these offenses. It's just brutal to watch. Considering it's perfect weather outside, I couldn't imagine more of a slog of a game for both offenses.

Bronco fans are leaving already.

I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but Frank Reich looks so uninspiring. What's the opposite of charisma?

This has been, truly, the worst NFL island game I have ever watched, from start to finish, where horrible weather wasn't involved. Both of these fanbases have to be appalled by what they are seeing.

Iā€™be been watching football for half a century. This was undoubtedly the worst, uneventful joke of a game on all fronts I have ever seen. Yo make it worse, like you, our house was somehow lured in to sheer futility of it all that we had to see it out. Little did we know how ridiculously this game would end.

They are trying to "Let Russ Cook" but he can't even heat up to luke warm.

Seattle absolutely fleeced Denver in that deal and it is painfully obvious Hackett can't Hack It.

Tua Tagovailoa Warned Not to Play Again: 'Could End Career'

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is being warned by a concussion expert that playing again this season could prematurely end his NFL career.

...

A leading concussion expert told Newsweek that Tagovailoa should now miss the rest of the season, as a third concussion could bring his career to a premature end. Chris Nowinski, a neuroscientist and author, as well as co-founder and CEO of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, said, "Tua should not play the rest of the season for both medical and professional reasons."

Nowinski continued: "If he gets a third concussion in one season, it could give him permanent symptoms and end his career. But even if he recovers from a third concussion, NFL teams will consider him 'concussion prone' and it will impact his future earnings. He is in a no-win situation if he returns."

This has all the ingredients to be a real problem. Tua wants to play. If he does and is again concussed it could end his career or even his life. Who'll be to blame?

If he passes concussion protocol and the team accepts its finding and Tau's concussed again will they be blamed or will Tau be blamed?

Nyheim Hines wobbled just like Tau. If he plays next week and is concussed the league will be held responsible. If they're following protocol what is there to say? IMO protocol has to be revisited.

Not being in either's seat to decide, as a fan I would not allow Tua to play this season no matter what he wants. I'm thinking about Jr. Seau.
