Yeah no MaGee, no Dion for at least the next one...so it's either Dwight or Dudley. For the extra guard spot of prefer THT but Cook is our best pure shooter and could be used in case of foul issues or fatigue.

We don’t necessarily need Howard in this series but it would be great if he contributed, we are gonna need him in the potential Clippers series though.

Harden is talking so much (bleep), as if his team didn't just shoot way above their heads last night and we left them buck ass naked-level wide open for many of those three-pointers. I love false bravado in the playoffs. Usually amounts to famous last words.

There's absolutely no need for an additional guard (unless foul trouble or injury).

KCP-Caruso
Danny-Rondo

Definitely more than enough. Vogel even throws Kuz sometimes at the guard spot.

This team is at its best when we run. Gotta get the rebound and get into transition as fast as we can.

Seven seconds or less

This x100. Play them like we played Portland. No 3s, especially corner 3s. Also, do not turn the ball over; if you do, get back in transition and try to limit the easy baskets. If this game becomes a 2pt shooting contest, well, we have the better players for that.

Tim Legler made a great point about Rockets/Blazers. He thought the Lakers would destroy the rockets based on what he saw against the Blazers, but now he is thinking the Rockets have more shooters and he sees a more competitive series.

The rockets also play better defense than the Blazers. This is going a tight 6 or 7 games imo.

I wish the rockets were the Blazers lol.

What did he say? I can't stand Harden, his playing style makes my eyes bleed.

We need to drop the confidence these guys have, put them down. Will be hard because of how they spam the 3 but the reality is they will go cold at some point and we have to jump on their throats when they do.

Yea, the Rockets have such an ugly style of play. They play the way my cousin plays NBA2K: spamming the 3s and the steal button over and over again while knowing that the fouls won't be called every time.

So are we gonna have a bunch of late doubles at half court that lead to giving up a wide open threes again? I hope not.

I agree, the Clippers were even getting destroyed by this most of game 3 until the 4th came around and the Nuggets didn't have any real go-to guy when things got shaky.

I also believe if Dwight does get some burn with the starters he will matchup MUCH better against Tucker since he battles for those rebounds and can guard the perimeter about as good as any center. Besides a couple small stretches McGee has looked rough on both ends. If he's not consistently dominating the glass and winning rebounds against Tucker of all people he's nearly useless. Hopefully Dwight will bring that energy and not get 2 fouls after a couple minutes. Let McGee get some extra healing time because we will need him in the next round much more.

As long it's Westbrook they leave open then I don't have a problem with it.

Comment of the day. Its actually so true that you sometimes even don't think about it. This team depends of threes and mostly threes from the corner. They score minimum 5-6 per game. I don't know exact amount. Take this from them and they are complete garbage. I am confident is blowout tonight.

Press Harden full court for he may get tired. Rondo did a good job last game.
Don't let Westbrook drive. Give him a contest 3 point shot.
Show some movement on offense. Not Lebron on five.

Practice 3 pt and FT shooting.
Go Lakers.

It seems like it especially for guys like Tucker and House. Gordon, Covington and Harden will make their share of 3s, but they will also eventually miss. Just minimize the corner 3 attempts.

Houston is going to make 3s, the Lakers are just going to have to withstand the run or two and take over when the misses come. They do need to be better at stopping runs though. 14-0 and 10-0 is not good. They were lucky they had the big cushion at half.

I have a bad feeling that Westbrook is going to have a big game tonight. He's due one, and has a ton to prove. I think he's going to be in attack mode from the start.

One of Kuz, KCP or Green needs to provide the secondary production. It’s not likely that we will get the same production from Kieff.
