It’s one thing have a hush-hush conversation with a players agent, it’s another figuring out a complex S&T with draft picks involved.
No GM is going to make an agreement on trading draft picks and include an illegal S&T deals.
The risk is not worth the reward if someone backs out of their word. |

Except Bogdan never agreed to sign a deal with the Bucks and the risk of it getting out is the exact reason why a team isn’t going to make draft day decisions based on a hush hush deal.
Orlando isn’t going to draft a player for the Lakers at 8 hoping that an illegal Dennis Schroder trade happens. |

I'm going to respectfully push back on the notion that Trez always gave 100%. I saw plenty of plays on the defensive end where his effort was pedestrian. And worse, after getting scored on he often pointed at his teammates to cast blame. Trez' defense hits right at the core of that famous Wooden-ism.
