I think we should try and entice JJ Redick out of retirement. We could use more shooting and some youth

The next 3 games will tell a lot on rather we can install life into the season, we have Grizzles/Spurs/Thunder in the next 3 games.

Painful process integrating all the new players, KCP and AC be nice right now but I hope Melo, WB, Monk, Nunn, Bazemore, Ellington, Reaves can acclimate sooner rather than later

We could have used Ellington against the Suns.

maybe sit daj in favor of sekou or the other 2 way guy...

I don't know if illyasova still has anything left in the tank but he might be more useful than daj...šŸ˜‚

I don't know how the team can stay afloat while waiting for tht, ariza, nunn and even ellington...

Nah, I don't see Reaves faring better than Caruso in the playoffs. Caruso did so many intangibles that don't show up on the stat sheet. You ain't getting that from Reaves, definitely not this year. Caruso 2.0...ummm nah

I am not referring to our first two games and trying not to over react. Our perimeter D is not something that can be fixed if you believe we don't have the legs for it. Our achilles heel will ultimately be giving wide open outside looks (especially against good passing teams) and having many tacky reach in fouls because the lack team speed.

In that same tweet, a comment says he had 3 crucial turnovers that cost them the game and shot 42% from the field.

The Grizzlies will be a challenge. The Spurs might put up a fight. But then we have a ridiculous cupcake schedule -- five games against OKC, Houston, and Cleveland, with four out of five at home. If we aren't at least at .500 by the end of that stretch, it may be time to push the panic button.

FG% isn't a relevant stat when the majority of your shots are threes

The team runs better with Austin Reaves out there. Heā€™s like the Caruso to Lebron but better decision maker. Iā€™m telling you, we got more in this kid than we all think. Itā€™s no coincidence he played entire fourth when we came back.

How long will it take before HBK is a permanent part of our rotation?

It was kind of funny how with all of our veteran acquisitions, an undrafted player was closing the game.

Once we're back at full health, I'd like to see a 10 man rotation more like:

AD, Dwight
LeBron, Melo/Ariza
Baze, THT,
Reaves, Monk
Westbrook, Nunn

Yes, I think Reaves is enough to start. High IQ, can shoot, plays his ass of on D, hustles all over, no ego. Also, Nunn should be getting starter type mins. But that's the best rotation I can come up with that parts fit, is versatile, and spreads to floor to give AD more space to operate and Westbrook space to drive.

Weā€™re missing 3 catch and shoot guys in our rotation. Weā€™ll be alright when we get healthier.
