Loved her voice. Not ashamed to admit I had pretty much all their albums back in the day.
RIP

One of the biggest soundtracks of my senior year in high school were The Cranberries. Her voice was unique and so memorable. Damn, RIP.

What a bummer, she had a unique voice and some great performances.

Here is one of them:

RIP Dolores

RIP.

I'm not familiar with most of their stuff, but like most people enjoyed their peak in the 90s.

Oh no....Cranberries bring back memories of senior year in HS/Freshman year in college. Such amazing times .

An Irish WMMA fighter walked out to Zombie a few years back. The results was absolutely epic...a stadium of drunken countrymen belting out the song in unison.

RIP, way too young.

Wow.

I also had memories of her in HS especially when there's a girl in my HS class that could sing exactly like her.

While I think Florence Welch is a better singer, Dolores, like Florence, just had that unique quality to her voice that makes her unforgettable.

Well... we saw the gradual demise of artists from the 70s and 80s, now we're starting to see the artists I grew up with in the 90s start to pass away.

She had such a lovely voice. RIP.

Well this sucks! She was one of the truly iconic voices of the '90's.

RIP Delores.

Unfortunately, that has been happening since the 90's.

Time has been especially hard on grunge singers.

Aww, this sucks. Just finding out.

I liked their work. They had crossover appeal from female to male audiences, especially thanks to Zombie. Not many female artists of the 90s and earlier could claim that. I don't recall her getting the "she's good for a chic" label that the Wilsons got in Heart, e.g.

Heart doesn’t have that label either.

Correct. They have always been considered great rockers by fans and fellow artists alike . . . period.
