He looked better than last time thankfully. I’d guess about 75% or so, still not his usual burst and his spin move wasn’t quite there. But he is sooooooo much better than everyone else out there he can drift around and still dominate.

I think he’s been good for awhile.
Just gotta get the NBA front office off his tail for load managing, avoiding fines.

Lebron knows his body better than anyone. He’s not going to display the entire repertoire until it counts.

I can see why teams are trying to duck us. LBJ is still a problem.

IMO mixed review for James. Fully expected coming back from so much missed time as he is.

First quarter was bad. He looked slow and tentative. As expected.

He looked like he warmed up and started to trust the ankle more as the game went on. A very good sign.

But even after the monster dunk there was a couple plays later a moment where a defensive rebound landed near the FT line. He was closest and hardly reacted or moved. Mental or physical issue? A Pacer beat him to it and they scored. Both baskets worth 2 pts. Not a good sign.

It was good to see him playing. To get used to playing again. But he had some TOs that were careless (chemistry?) and took 22 shots to get his 24 pts.

Overall I'm worried that such an undermanned team gave the Lakers problems. They should have been motivated and pumped, yet they were outhustled most of the game. Where was the urgency?

Lakers should have dominated that Pacer team and up by 20+ in the fourth and let James and Davis rest. Instead, they came back in and a 14 pt ld vanished.

James was clutch down the stretch. They got the win. But they are going to play a hell of a lot harder when they start playing competitive teams. If not, it may be the Lakers run off the court if they are not careful.

I saw this play as well. My immediate reaction was he has PTSD from the Solomon Hill incident and didn't want to risk going for that loose ball and watching some try hard role player like TJ McConnell dive at his leg again.

Efficient night, just didn't get to the line much. I'll always take 11-22.

He does look slow, but as you said it's to be expected. We've had close games against bad teams all season, especially before AD went down.
That and the scoring droughts are just something I'm hoping will magically disappear.

Lebron is smart. He’s gonna ramp up his body/ankle. Expect him to to look better each passing week.

Every game that goes by without ankle issues...the more he’ll start to push harder.

Not with Harrell @ Center spot, no offense (all iso and 3s), no defense

That was a great shot by Lebron. I hope he isn't too hurt from that fall. Get some rest and let's get ready for Sunday.

LeBron still recovering from his injury produces a triple-double and hits the game winner.

Will his injury improve with time or will he struggle jumping off that leg for the rest of the playoffs? It’s been what, 7 weeks?

He got it done tonight big especially late but we need healthy Lebron to have a chance in later rounds
