Lakers need to treat this as a must win. Have to start beating better teams on the road consistently & need to get this trip off on right foot. @ATL and @MIA are arenas where Lakers always struggle, so this is a key W to get.

ABC Sunday jinx? Didn't they already break it last Sunday with a win in OKC?

Don't double anyone & don't pack it in when Parker drives -

Don't make MVPs out of Bonner, Hill, Neal, Hill & other scrubs...

I'll be the first to say it, the officiating will be terrible. Many of these nationally televised games are. The spurs are 29-2 at home, their only losses coming to dallas and new orleans way back in october. I hope for the lakers to band together and make a statement, but who knows.

Lakers will win it. They have given me a reason to have confidence in their game. And I figure they're still pissed about last time. I predict it will be like the Boston and OKC road games.

Usually the lakers play lethargic to start off then finally wake up around the middle of the third. The perimeter D is gonna get tested Sunday for sure. So Kobe better quit the roaming D for this game.

If they hit their 3's like they were doing with the Heat, they sure are a tough team to beat. Of course, it also helps that they barely played any perimeter D on the Spurs (from what little I watched). Not sure how much stock to put on this game overall though. It's just 1 regular season game, but you also hate to see the Spurs on the way to a regular season series sweep, building a whole lot of confidence into a potential playoff matchup.

it's time to cut their lead against us by one game and hopefully they'll lose some more. home court is still within reach though it's tough as hell.

Mathematically yes...realistically no.

Quick point guard and a team that likes shooting the 3 not a good combination for the Lakers.
