The most skilled basketball player in the world vs. a busboy in a Pop-a-Shot contest…

Whom are you taking?

Well, as you can see in the above video, even though Bryant barely missed a shot (with either his right or left hand) when recording the segment last week for Jimmy Kimmel Live, he was no match for perhaps the best Pop-a-Shot player in history, Ricardo the Busboy.

At least Bryant beat the scores of Charles Barkley and LeBron James, who were also annihilated by the brilliant Ricardo.

Good way to take your mind off the loss for a minute or two. We could have used Ricardo last night.

Kobe: 58
LeBron: 42

This seals the debate: Kobe > LeBron.

Not sure what's more pathetic... his dental situation or the fact that he's the king of "Pop-a-Shot".

I blame the loss on this guy, that left the mamba devastated the whole night being beaten by a bus boy.

Think we can give Ricardo Lamar's backup minutes?

No lie, I'd beat this guy unless he sped it up. I set the high scores at all of them though. You shoot with both hands. 1 ball in each, one in and the other right behind it.

He might actually do that too.. but here he just shot with 1. I'd kill that. Had Kobe went 2nd he would have too. Just din't know the pace. You can't wait on the ball then shoot. Has to be in the air while the other goes in.

... and yes, I'm way too competitive at it. It's all I've got left!

I think the first 15 seconds baskets are 2 points, last 15 seconds baskets are 3 points

Haha I knew he would, I'm surprised he only blocked it once.

Jimmy Kimmel was wide open....and Kobe continued to force shots.

Kobe is clearly past his prime. After we witness Gasol's score, it will be unanimous that Kobe should come off the bench as a sixth man for Gasol, Bynum, and the great Ricardo.
