I'm getting that feeling as well, game 2 confirmed that this is going to be a long series mainly.
We own the interior, which is the main reason I'm not too worried.
Foul trouble and being out hustled cost us this game.
Lakers are better, but Boston are former champs and aren't going to roll over in a 5 game series.
They can't contain Kobe either. |

They out hustled us, but i wouldnt say they deserved it because of that. We are still too much for them to handle straight up.
They took the best player in the world out of the game with fouls that werent fouls.
All game long fouls were being called on us when we actually played VERY good defense. Our guys were moving their feet and beating Celtics to the spot, and then when contact is made it was called blocking.
Its one thing for an offensive guy to initiate contact and be given the benefit of the doubt, but our guys were moving their feet....thats just BS and insulting to a PRO ball player.
Pau on the baseline against perkins, move his feet and gets his hips in front of perk...doesnt even reach, and when Perk runs into him its a blocking foul? WTF are you kidding me? Bball is a game of position, if youre their first, its YOUR spot. You can NOT be whisteld for a foul if your their first.
Kobe at the top of the key on Rondo i think it was, same thing, Rondo wants to drive right and Kobe cuts him off....his HIPS are in front of Rondo. He moved his feet, put in the effort. BLOCKING FOUL. Rondo even pushed off with his forearm and still got the call...adding insult to injury. THat was Kobe's 4th foul i believe. His 5th was when Rondo was diving oob for the ball....there was MINIMAL contact on that, and it was a LOOSE BALL FFS!!! Same with Artests last foul.....minimal contact.
I cant say i didnt expect this. Thats the saddest part of all. We have talked about it before. The leagues methods of manipulation can sometimes blow up in their face, especially when the other teams star player throws up a career night from 3, and their pg gets a triple dub.
Note to David...they dont NEED your help. |

This is not a personal attack, I'm just so piss at you for being so cocky on every one of your comment that the Lakers are 2010 champion and we haven't won anything yet. |
