+ OK, lets do this again one more time! How about closing out the road trip with a W, and shooting for a new win streak? An 8-game streak at that?

+ Here's hoping Kobe/LO's post game "anger" translates to a good game tomorrow, especially from the Bench!

+ Meaningless trivia: Pau was drafted by the Hawks in 01!

Go Lakers!

Well, if the past can be relied upon at all, we know the Lakers will come out much better than last game... but if that will be enough to beat the Hawks is uncertain.

At some point before the playoffs, this team is going to start getting it together and go into the first round with a winning streak.

It will start either against the Hawks or on Friday vs. the Jazz.

I picked the Lakers over the Hornets, so I'm gonna go with the ANTI-JINX
and say:

Lakers - 93
Hawks - 102

Let me be the first to congratulate Bibby for getting a new career high in points and assists. A feat that barely beats backup PG Jeff Teague's new high in the same stats.

does anyone really see us winning this one?

sorry but this is going to be a loss. the exact type of team we struggle against.

young, athletic, plays d.

and they are riding a 8 home game win streak.

this could get ugly a la the thunder game.

This is a good test game to see if the Lakers can really turn it on or not. All this talk in the media that's been going on for weeks about trying harder, playing the right way, etc, and still not doing it, leaves me some doubt that maybe this team really can't reach that dominant level.

This is the last game to turn an underwhelming road trip into an OK one, so the players should be scratching and clawing for this win.

Really looking forward to this game.

You should just leave LG permanently.

This is a hard choice for me for two reasons:

1. I want Hawks to get into the 3rd seed so Boston and Cleveland would probably meet in the second round if they get pass first round.

2. I want lakers to win to maintain 2nd overall in the league standing.

It's very sad that now I EXPECT the Lakers to LOSE, and if they win I am mildly surprised. These days of March are hell to me.

I think the Hawks will put up more of a challenge than the Celts will
