The SCOTUS has given the President immunity. OK Biden, Trump is an enemy of the state, have him executed. You have the power.

Yes, but the job of Democrats now is to energize the Democratic base and educate the "low-information" voters about the EMERGENCY that exists because of the court. And they need to use every means at their disposable to attract the attention of the media to repeat it this to the masses. This alone won't do anything, but we need the Democrats to FIGHT. We need them to appear to be fighting tooth and nail like it's an emergency -- because it is.
The worst thing right now is for Democrats to remain mute. That includes Biden. He should be giving an oval office address or press conference fighting back on this outrageous decision. |

| So how does this work now? Trump can be sent to jail in NY, become elected, order from jail for the assassination of the judge in the case? Biden can order the assassination of the Supremes? I'm confused with how our new country and the new checks and balances works. |

It works like this: Trump will be allowed to do whatever he wants. Biden will not be allowed to whatever he wants. They left enough wiggle room to arbitrarily decide.

I post this again. I hope LG is paying attention and votes for Biden. Our democracy has never been in such danger to my knowledge. Read, Disect, Assemilate. It's been a while since I urged that.

I’m really feeling it today as a father of young girls (11 and 3). The whole world has gone nuts with right wing crazies rising everywhere, and this time the US is joining them. Their rights are being stripped away daily.
What the hell kind of world are they growing up into? |

Yes, but most Americans don't actually know this yet, so you have to inform and educate them first. You need lay out the argument so they can come to the logical conclusion themselves.
