He doesn't sound great but he isn't really given a lot to work with from what I've seen. He's being hit with a firehose of BS and has to respond to Trump's ramblings which don't address the question most of the time.
Trump talking about Israel talks about Ukraine. Trump talking about Ukraine talks about Afghanistan. Talking about establishing a palestinian state he is talking about trade with Europe. Talking about Nato again instead.
It is easy to forget what the questions are if you just listen to Trump's responses to said questions |
