It was a very strangely officiated game. They canβt complain about the 3rd when the Lakers were playing more aggressive and were getting every call. Thatβs the nba. It was weird the first half when the Grizzlies were the more aggressive team and the Lakers were sleepwalking and still getting the calls though. But this comeback was going to happen with or without the refs. |

Yep, really fun team to watch. They have some 2014 Spurs vibes, just moving the ball around with a ton of perimeter talent.

I watched them a bit versus Boston the other night. They were engaged on both ends for practically most of that game. They have a bit of a chip on their shoulder, partly due to losing a 3-1 lead to Denver.
Their guys play active. They're also almost a little unrealistically good from 3. Bogdonovic and Ingles give them good floor spacing, while Conley and Gobert give them toughness. Mitchell, of course, is a terrific scorer. Of course Clarkson can score in bunches.
Oddly enough, just on paper, they appear to be a team the Lakers match up well with. Lakers defend the 3 well, and have sufficient bigs for that series. This assumes, of course, the Lakers play at a high level all game and are focused. This Jazz team may not be A+ level, but they do play an almost consistent B+ to A-, alot like the old Stockton/Malone Jazz teams. Meaning, teams who had any significant lulls in play were pretty much destined to lose vs them.
I'm hoping they prove me right, and just end up being last year's Bucks - terrific regular season team, but vulnerable in a 7 game series. |

They got my boy 3D Royce on that team. Ill trade his 8mil for KCP's 12 any day all day. Wanted the Lakers to grab him long ago. Too late. |

One thing Utah has going for them is Snyder is a lot better coach than Budenholzer. |

This win felt good not just because we wanna win all the time but just because really not a fan of all the taunting Dillon Brooks and Grayson Allen seem to do a little extra whenever they play the Lakers. I can live with Ja, Jaren Jackson (injured) , and Jonas getting hyped up whenever they do something good but those other guys havenβt earned that right yet imo
I know Dillon is a pretty good young talent but you can tell Lebron was getting annoyed about him as well. Every time Bron would sink dagger after dagger I felt he was running over to the Grizzlies bench to let Brooks know about it Really wished Lebron completely that tomahawk poster
No big deal got the win Lebron and AD under 35 minutes.
Kuz and Trezz super energy

Regression to the mean. They have 3 hot 3 point shooters now, and they are due for a drop off at some point |

"It just looks fun. Like when I watch them play, it looks fun, it looks easy," Antetokounmpo said. "It looks simple. For sure, they look like us last year, and man, when you're at that point and you're playing with that confidence, you're hard to beat for sure."
I'm fine if the Jazz turn into the Bucks and exit the playoffs |

Playing against the Lakers will be the regression. Their percentage will be in the 20s. Thatβs why I donβt see Utah as a threat. |

Dillon's had to foul him on that dunk attempt. Bron had clearly had enough of the disrespect. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."
