The crowd must be our 6th player, Staples is very quite arena. I've been to European games where the crowd makes a living hell for the visiting team. We will win.

Staples crowd sucks because the most expensive seats are full of people who don't give a damn about basketball. Like celebrities, corporate dummies, etc.

Vlad Rad will be the key to the game. He must stick to Peja like glue and not let him see the light of day. On the offensive end, if he mixes up his cuts and outside shots, he could really give the Hornets trouble, who won't want to sag off Pau or Lamar in the post.

C'mon Space Cadet!!!

Not so much these days, he's improved his shot a lot. He's shooting 37% on the year - if he's left open he will drain them. For comparison's sake, Kobe is shooting 36% on the year. That's one of the reasons Paul is so tough - you can't play back on him that much, get too close and he's driving by you.

But to your point, I'd rather he be scoring than dishing.

If we win tonight and Phoenix loses than the division is ours.

I cannot wait for this game to begin. We seem to step up big time with these types of matchups. Good playoff-like experience for our guys as well. This Friday is blocked out for the Lakers alone! Triangle execution, pick and roll defense, penetration defense, and high shooting percentages for our players please.

We need a great start, put them out of tempo early and maintain the lead.

If last few games is any indication of the Lakers play, the Lakers will lose by 15+ -- the Lakers need to stay on their man w/o doubling on CP3 & protect the perimeter. If the Lakers do that they win by 10 -- if the Lakers bite on EVERY drive to the basket w/ a double and fail to protect the perimeter the Lakers lose by 15+.

PEte Vescey is talking trash about Kobe how he's defense is atricious and whoever he guards in the last 2 weeks has lit him up.
