Test game without AD Thur, Nets. They may or may not have KD and Kyrie. Both expected to return on the 18th. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.
Held T Wolves to about 42% shooting. They did shoot well from 3, however, which kept them in the game (16-34). Lakers finally found their 3 stroke, going 11-26.
Lakers only gave up 38 points in the paint. However, there were numerous plays where the lane was just simply way too wide open.
Solid win for this next stretch of games. The way I figure, Lakers without AD likely will lose to "championship contender" clubs, but scratch out wins vs almost all other teams. This means that, yep, it is quite likely the Nets game is an L. But all good if it happens...right now this about LBJ and getting DS/TRez and the rest to play well during AD's absence.
Didnt watch the game... Kuz only 26min and 6 shots and started? Didnt seem to be in foul trouble.
Schroeder was dictating the offense for much of this game. KCP also took a lot of shots, and Gasol took a lot compared to his previous outings.
Kuz had the fewest members of the starters as Kief, Gasol, and Harrell were all playing well at the big positions. Kuz had a nice, well rounded game tonight. The gameplan wasn't for him to score though.
Wonderful game to get a win on. Played some squirrelly looking basketball for a while there, and still won pretty comfortably.
This is how it will be for awhile, similar to pre-AD with LBJ. Team will be fine; albeit, I fully expect them to drop to 4th or 5th in the standings eventually until a (ABSOLUTELY healthy) AD returns.

We all love Anthony Davis.. but I think you are being way to dramatic, no way we will drop that much.

Is it just me, or has Towns kind of had a disappointing career given how good he started? Projected to be the next Duncan, more like the next Amar’e Stoudemire. Huge stats but not much actual impact. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

An TBH somewhat a slap in the face to Amare’s career achievements on how poorly KAT has been.
Another big man who doesn’t like to bang in the paint and do the dirty work on the defense end. You compare him to AD’s game and it’s night and day

I know Amare wasn’t what he was supposed to be but let’s not compare a guy who hasn’t been to the playoffs to someone who went to multiple deep playoff runs and was a force during the PHX days with Steve Nash.

Amare would bang in the paint blocking shots and grabbing boards with force.
Don’t think there’s too many times we can recall KAT ever doing so against us.

Imagine if Duncan went to waste on a team going nowhere for the majority of his prime. KG and Kevin Love can relate to what Towns is going through right now. Then the team finally paired him with DLO, but when DLO was healthy, Towns was injured, and DLO got hurt trying to carry the team and is now out 4-6 weeks after needing surgery on his knee, as Towns returns.
The sad reality is that DLO and Towns may never actually get to play together with any kind of consistency.
The T'Wolves may just have to sell high on Towns now while they can, and then on DLO when he comes back, so that they can get some picks/etc out of it. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:
