Nope. Both died in BB.
Hank killed one when they tried to assassinate him. The one who was crushed by the car and lost his legs was killed by Mike while in the hospital. |

The inaudible telephone conversation was heard in its entirety. Jimmy said well why don't you turn yourself in? I was kinda surprised when she did. I don't think she was in BB.
Carole Burnette put Jimmy on the scoot. Good-bye, Jimmy, hello Saul. Can't wait for the finale. |
Nah, she's not in BB. Not even a mention.
But she's not in jail for turning herself in during the BB timeline, if that's what you're inferring.
This convo with Gene was after the BB timeline (I'm guessing around 2016-ish as Gene said it's been 6 years). So I'm guessing she's off in Florida during all of BB.
Amazing episode, btw.
Can't believe it's all coming to an end next week |

Cheryl Hamlin asked her if she might go to jail she said she don't know but the prosecutor said she may not file because of lack of evidence.
Yeah, it's a series you don't want to see end. They stretched season 6 out to 13 episodes. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

They're talking about the Howard plot, not anything that happened in Breaking Bad. |

The Howard Plot and Kim's leaving were before the whole BB timeline. The Gene timeline was only a short time before and after the climax of BB culminating in the death of Walt in Sept 2010. |

Here's a good article that lays out the Gene timeline. Looks like they reference a real college football game between Nebraska and Texas that took place October 16, 2010.
https://screenrant.com/better-call-saul-gene-timeline-date-year-confirmed/
Considering that Walt died Sept 7 2010, this is only a month after the BB timeline ended. This is insane! I thought for sure Gene was out in Omaha for years living the boring life before going back to his old ways. |

Yeah, with the repeated flashforwards each season, and the more elaborate plot in the Gene timeline this season, it certainly appeared as if he lived in Nebraska longer. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |

Right, but this scene is after Gene called her in Florida which is after the entire Breaking Bad timeline.
So she's definitely not in jail during Breaking Bad. |

I know that. She's not in BB. I don't think we're on the same page. I made mention of her conversation with Cheryl and her telling her she didn't know if she was going to go to jail because said she may not prosecute because of lack of evidence. And somehow the conversation with Gene came up. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Saul didn't stop Carole Burnette from activating her call alert, he ran. Will he fake his death and pop up as Slipping Jimmy? Have we seen the last of Kim? A great series is about to end. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I don't see a happy ending for Saul. I think he'll either die or will end up in jail. For all his intelligence and charm, Saul is a bad guy who occasionally feels bad for things he's done or does some small good to try and atone for them. Karma seems to come to all the bad people in the BB world.
As much as I've enjoyed the character, I would like to see him get what's coming to him. I think it would be great if he ended up in jail after all the criminals he helped escape justice. It would be a nice ironic twist to his story. He's been dodging prison since his Slippin' Jimmy days.
It makes sense that he would try the escape route again but I don't know how the writers would pull that off as the actor who played the vacuum repair guy died in real life. Maybe he'll try calling number and find out it's no longer in service. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Saul running instead of stopping her is in line with his character. He's never been one to resort to physical violence. _________________ KOBE |

The last couple of episodes have been some of the best. Carol Burnett nailed it big time. What an unexpected treat. Loved that tense moment when Saul started to wind the phone cord like a garrote and you think he's going to snap, but finally comes back to the "decent" guy who still lurks somewhere deep in Jimmy.
I'm a bit disappointed by the Kim storyline has played out. The idea that she would just walk away due to guilt and to "protect" Jimmy doesn't really fit, but at least they made it a bit interesting by showing her mundane post-Saul life and her returning to reveal the truth about Howard.
It'll be interesting to see where they go in this finale—Gilligan et all have set some high expectations in the BB/BCS world. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Yeah, there will definitely be an ultimate conclusion, for Jimmy at least. I'm certain they won't leave his ultimate fate with any kind of question mark. And I am sure we will probably see something similar to Jesse Pinkman's end in BB for Kim, where there is a bit of encouraging mystery of what may be ahead for her. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Remember when he called the vacuum guy and almost disappeared again, but ended the call telling him "I'll take care of it myself?" For most people it means they'll simply off the guy, but Jimmy/Saul/Gene/Viktor instead sets up an elaborate con/trap to ensure the guy's silence. He went through a LOT of time, effort and risk for the complicated solution -- he wasn't going to kill Carol Burnett in the situation he later found himself in with her. |

I knew he'd never actually do it. Jimmy's just a self involved con man who's willing to ruin people to suit his desires, not a ruthless criminal. That's why the whole BCS things has worked so well, seeing him mingle with people like Lalo who truly are cold blooded murderers.
I was curious to see what would happen since we knew he'd never actually do it. I was hoping Carol's character was going to do something crafty like throw some water she had boiling at him or someone coming to interrupt in an interesting way. But all she had to do was call his bluff and shame him. It was a nice sequence. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

I'm the opposite of you. When i find an anti-hero I enjoy. I never want them to get what's coming to him. On re-watches, I constantly stop shows and movies just short of the ending. Just so I don't see the bank robber, or outlaw, or criminal with a moral code get his comeuppance. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

The promotional pictures for the BCS sequel look pretty cool. A bit surprising to see the dad from Malcolm in the Middle leading a drama, but given what they did with Odenkirk, I have a lot of hope. |
