How long before he's back on the Lakers bench holding a clipboard?

For people who are feeling bad for the t'wolves, remember what you do when your opponent is over board, struggling to stay afloat in the waters.

you throw them a (bleep) anvil.

Kurt Rambis knows the Lakers as well as anybody. Jackson points out that when Rambis left the Lakers to take over the Timberwolves, the first time they played Rambis had defenders sandwich Pau Gasol in the post, preventing the post entry pass that makes the Laker offense hum. The Lakers won the game, but Jackson sounds like a guy who appreciates the tactic.

I know its the wolves, but we still need to come out with energy and not play down to the competition. I hope it's not a trap game.

Caracter will get probably get alot of playing time tonight. Ebanks most likely will be decactivated. Lakers have a 14 man roster but ony 12 players are allowed to suit up for the game. So every game 2 players won't play.

Drink two coffees and run around the block 5 times. That should fix it.

Brian Shaw and Mike Trudell take a closer look at the Minnesota Timberwolves. (11/09/10)

Shaw: "Love is a beast on the offensive boards. Keep a body on him and box him out." He says, "Theme: Running with the Wolves. Uptempo team. Straying further away from the triangle. Giving up a lot of points on defensive end." Emphasized execution. Maintain "Inside-out" balance. Good support from bench. Work on building on leads in second half, w/ "defensive stanglehold" mentality.

It will be interesting to see how the inside out approach works out considering Rambis will have Minnisota doubling the post with a guy in the front to deny post entry passes.

Rambis knows how we play, so like mentioned earlier, this could be a trap game. The Wolves seem like easy prey, which usually makes us get bored. We gotta wound em early, and keep stepping down on that wound.

It's boot the the T-wolves throat time.
