Bronny can go to Australia. He'll get more development over there.

Justin Edwards has to feel like (bleep). He was the #3 ranked recruit in the 2023 class, went to Kentucky, and still hasn’t been drafted yet

I would love to go after him if he goes undrafted.

This is ridiculous that it’s funny. Bronny and Klutch is acting like Bronny is the hottest thing there is and he’s picking and choose his team. They’re basically pulling a Kobe on draft night. Now I really don’t want the lakers to draft him.

They clear $5.25MM in cap space. Woj tweeted that he was being sent WITH 3 SRP's, not that they were GETTING those picks, so I assume they had to send out the picks to clear the salary. Something to keep in mind if Cam and Hayes opt in, as I think we would like to get off that salary. The 2nd apron is a very real thing, and every little bit helps.

The Bucks drafted AJ Johnson with their first round pick. He averaged less than 3 (bleep) points lol.

Bronny James is definitely better than him. So thats something.

We could invite a couple of undrafted players with potential.

Bronny will go down as the cost of doing business. Que será, será.

Giannis got two of this brothers roster spots.

The Bulls wasted a roster spot on Jack Haley bc they thought it would make Dennis Rodman slightly happier.

Jeanie Buss runs one of the biggest franchises in sports bc her dad owned the team.

Jesse and Joey Buss, though they have vindicated themselves, didn’t “apply” For their jobs. They were handed them by their dad.

Ditto Ryan West.

Kurt Rambis has a front Office job bc his wife is besties with said owner

Rob is the GM bc he was Kobe’s agent.

Nepotism isn’t unique to Lebron. It’s the very fabric of the Lakers.

I am mad that Antonio Reeves was taken by New Orleans.

N'Faly Dante still on the board though.

Knicks take a French guy.

From what I can tell, any French Male under Age 20 has a good chance of being drafted!

Sure, but if you look at the totality of it I’m not sure a player has ever held a team hostage the way LeBron has. He wanted AD and we gave up the farm for him. He wants a max deal into his 40s. He wants a NTC. He wanted Westbrook so we gave him to him. We wanted him gone so we did that. He wanted his podcast partner to be the coach so we did it. He wanted his son drafted (two way not acceptable) so we are doing that. It was one thing when that kind of thing was getting you to the Finals every year. When it’s getting you a play-in berth every year I question why we are so eager to stay on this train.

Kevin Mccullar is still on the board. Mike [AT] LG compared him to Josh Hart.

The Lakers are taking Bronny right around where he should be drafted. It’s not like they are using a first round pick on him.

Without some of the medical issues last season maybe he has a better year and he sneaks into the late first round. Who knows. The point is, I’m not expecting much from him, but this is not a situation where he’s an NBA draft pick ONLY because of his dad. The kid can play.

The locker room distraction with THIS TEAM is a separate issue. Hopefully they can navigate that successfully.
