Is Jay Huff better than Damian Jones? Id like to give him a try if its possible _________________ 48 49 50 52 53 54 72 80 82

Jay Huff flirted with a triple-double and had a CAREER-HIGH in blocks tonight for the South Bay Lakers! He’s averaging 4.0 blocks so far this season.
Yeah he seems polished but the level is such that it's hard to tell if it will translate. I think he can be useful _________________ 48 49 50 52 53 54 72 80 82

Jay Huff could become a decent reserve center. Huff has potential as a rim protector (4.0 Blocks per game). He's also a solid rebounder.
However he needs to work on his strength, conditioning, foot-speed and reaction time.
Huff's is good at pick-and-pop in a small ball lineup. He has a nice touch from the top of the key.
But he has difficulty creating his own shot and gaining space.
IMO he'll eventually become a solid end of the bench depth piece somewhere in the league.

He can stretch, is his defensive coverage much worse than Jones?

Jones has better foot-speed than Huff but it's not really clear to me who's going to be more effective in actual NBA game situations (and matchups) given that both have various other weaknesses in their games.
