There are a few answers, so it's quite subjective. I'll split it into categories. Note that this is just my personal opinion.

His most fundamentally sound season was in 08-09. He had some of the best footwork in the league.
His most athletic season was in 00-01. He dunked on everyone with ease. I still remember how he demolished prime Duncan and Admiral.
His physical peak and prime was in 02-03. He bulked up considerably during this season.
His most unstoppable season was in 05-06. Just a shame he didn't have a supporting cast around him.
