He also played the head Klingon commander Gorkon in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and also a Klingon in ST V. Great voice. RIP. |

Who was he in The Omen? Was that the dude who got decapitated by the pane of glass or the priest who got spired? That movie had some great kills in it. Stylistically interesting kinda like the ones in Godfather 1/2.
This is how I feel going towards a church, haha. I relate.

Every interview I see/read with Warner is a delight. He seemed like a truly nice person who was gifted in his art but also humble enough to always put in the work on the most mediocre paycheck movies. I wish he had gotten a few proper cracks in the '70s as a leading man, but there's no denying that he was indelible in so many great villain roles.
A young Warner is a revelation as the bawdy preacher in The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970), which Warner makes his in one of the great closing monologues in a Western. _________________ Under New Management |

Decapitation. There's an argument about whether or not his character was the first to ever be decapitated in a Hollywood movie. _________________ Under New Management |
