Can’t wait till he’s gone

How did it get into this situation with this douchebag? When it first came out that the Lakers wanted to trade for him he gave the Wizards FO the green light and Tommy Sheppard granted his wishes, I can’t believe we didn’t trade him at the trade deadline.

What he said wasn't as bad when you heard the whole thing in context. Clearly Jovan wasn't feeling it lol

He said the boo birds don’t bother him so certainly he doesn’t have any real emotions towards the crowd

So we went and got in and out and sat and listened/watched the post-game show on the phone. You know...apparently these next five games according to both LeBron and A.D. are "must win games". Actually it was more AD than LeBron. LeBron seemed a little bit more resigned... AD ...you know I don't know if it's delusion or true belief or trying to hype himself up or what but

Yeah... it is challenging to listen to these post game shows. I don't know what I want anymore.

I disagree I think he has really strong feelings about the crowd and I think it's totally reasonable for him to not be in love with a crowd that was boo-ing him several months back.

Until it’s game 82 we still have a chance. I believe we will win the rest of the games. Then after we get into the real playoff, which we all know is inevitable, whoever we face in the first round, Phoenix or who the (bleep) ever, is gonna have a tough task, as it’s hard to beat a LeBron James team 4 times in 7 games.

Then it’s gonna be “Bling, bling! It’s a championship ring thang!” - just like what my shirt said in 2000!

Go Lakers!

Those are some heavy drugs you taking there.

Kuzma is worse than a marginal player

Westbrook should’ve fouled out this game, he was overmatched and he knew it

Small consolation, but at least this game was entertaining from a competitive standpoint. Much better then the 20pt beat downs on a regular basis.

Such a disappointing season.

It should be illegal to call any player averaging 23/6/6 marginal.

LeBron gave fans their money's worth. He went balls to the wall for 40 minutes.

Min 40 Pts 38 3pt 3-8 Reb 8 Ast 4 Stl 1.

He's got to be in the GOAT conversation. This game padded his legacy. Props OG. I hope he stays here and has his number put up in the rafters.

Still, I wish he hadn't played. 5 games left let him rest. He deserves it.

It's been over for me for months. Since the new year, I think I watched 4 games. Fewest of my entire life.

At least during the tank years, I had the draft to look to while rooting the tank on, talking (bleep) to the anti-tankers. It was painful but I always knew it had meaning.

I gave up on this team when I realized they gave up and it wasn't even the all-start game yet. I don't even get mad, I expect it

yep qualirty of life drastically improved not wasting time and energy on a team that doesnt care themselves

I came to a conclusion that Vogel is doing this stuff in purpose... I have no explanation on some of the personnel rotation that he makes.

Took Monk out of the starting line-up... Bradley 33mins?

This would have been an easy win if he played Reaves instead and started Monk.

Lot of hate for Bradley. He is the one who hit the big 3 to bring us within one. If not for that boneheaded decision to not foul and letting them run time off the clock, we could’ve atleast gone to OT.

LeBron James, Anthony Davis not enough to overcome poor lineup choices in loss to Pelicans

The Lakers got LeBron James and Anthony Davis back, but because of their own self-inflicted lineup wounds, it didn’t matter. Now they’re on the precipice of postseason elimination.

I guess that winning isn’t worth the price of admission? I haven’t criticized Lebron much this season but last night’s game was embarrassing. It was all about Lebron and not in the slightest about getting a win for the team. His post game comments back it up, he has given up on the team. Now it’s all about Lebron’s stats. I don’t care about scoring titles but that is his primary focus. I will welcome the day he finally gives up for good, having seen him check out half of his seasons here.

It has to be difficult for any star, especially one in their 19th season to want to try to drag this team into the playoffs.
Vogel needed Kidd and Hollins
Their parting killed us

lol.. searched a bit about Hollins and lo and behold.. contract negotiation failures.. frustrated by lack of communication..

Communication is respect.

Lakers need to be SOLD

I see this sentiment a lot and don't understand it. Rest for what? We don't have a draft pick to tank for, and he's not going to be younger next season.

Let him rest is a misstatement. I mean he has no reason to play the rest of the season, it's over.

I don't advocate resting him for health reasons, I'm on the play our squad to see who we keep and who we release wagon.

If we make the play-in it might be a 1st round playout. They may beat the Spurs or the Pelicans then it's game over.

AD and Bron are not 100% why chase the dangling carrot? This season is a wash. Think about next season and not rebuilding in a win now mode. Think long term.
