Sure, Lebron with the turnover but I can’t blame him for the loss. It’s all the other clowns out there on the floor with him..

The game shouldn't have been down to the wire in the first place

41 points for Morant who averages almost half that..

He was just hot from the 3 today, not much you can do, and refs don’t allow anyone to even breath on him

If Monk makes that pass there’s no saying Russ even takes this shot. Russ might drive and pass to someone else, like the Reaves game winner. Just a bad decision by Monk

Because we can't defend. Caruso would have helped this team a lot. But, FO chose the redundant Overrated THT.

Yeah I think vogel isn’t doing a good enough job over zoom.

Even though I get angry at coaching the truth is that you can only do so much with what you're given. If you're a defensive coach and they let go of most of your best defenders, and add bone headed players then there's really not much you can do. Westbrook is what he is and he's not going to change until he's starts to play for the minimum. Same story with Howard back in 2012 when he thought he was the alpha and his game was gone. There's a point when players humble themselves in this RW is not ready. AD on the other hand is just an unmotivated lazy dude, and this is his personality.
LBJ is doing his best and he's still great but after 4 quarters he runs out of gas.

How about stop playing melo at 5? That lineup is stupid, no shooting and no attackers while going small.

Anywhere Melo has been it's always been a disaster, WHY? Because the man is about his points and his show and cares about nothing else. That's always been Melo and that's not going to change. Once again a very poorly put together team like forcing pieces in the wrong puzzle.

Dwight was +17 in 16 minutes. Thank God he didn’t play more. If he did lakers might’ve been in danger of winning. Luckily they dodged that bullet.

Our coaches do not know how to use our players is why the lineups are so inconsistent

Our team has no identity other than "UNDER 500" 17-19

someone or other is hot from 3 every game against lakers. An idiot averaging 3 pts scored 30 plus against us. Its not luck. its just that we have no defense and teams are very comfortable shooting against lakers

Melo was going to be open because bane had to take AB if Russ decided to drive, Russ is also shooting a high % on corner 3s

Scrubs getting open 3s is bad defense, but most of Morant’s 3s were well contested

I think we've got a potential 4 game win streak incoming guys.

Portland
Minny
Sac
Atlanta

With players back and scrubs getting less minutes i can see us going on a streak.

Exactly. When they see this in film they should and will chew out Monk. That play alone, we deserve to lose. Trust your teammates

Did they play Melo at 5 again up 13 with 2:43 left in the 3rd… Why?

Dwight +17

We never recaptured our momentum after this sub. LeBron went out too. This is on Fiz and Melo. The coaching this season has been horrendous

A scary thought is we get our guys back(minus AD) but Bron has a big regression from beyond the restricted area. Happened last year after the first Bucks game.

Boy would that be fitting for this season

Back to back tired legs some old guys. Reason why having a double digit lead entering the 4th was important. They could not score in the 4th but also needed some stops. Dwight would have played a factor and probably got us the win.

Wohoo Westbrook with another triple double

Westbrook was not the problem. THT is horrible this year.

He got his money and is coasting.

He ain’t coasting he just isn’t good. lakers valued his “potential” over what Caruso brings to the table currently…just another boneheaded decision by Rob

You are right. We are in win now mode, why did they hold onto “potential”?

This franchise has been in love with having "true" small ball center play after winning a chip with 3 bigs playing center. Last year trez, this year melo. I get injuries playing a factor but the team seams hell bent on ensuring significant minutes for such a lineup regardless of injuries.

Part of that disparity is due to lazy reaching fouls and too many stupid fouls putting the other team into the penalty halfway through a quarter.

I agree with the opinion someone stated above. Low IQ team! Too many wasted possessions and TOs.

I remember when it used to be the Lakers that were the ones getting outplayed until they turned on the intensity and caused the bad team to fold defense an the stretch. Now it is the Lakers playing the role of a bad team finding a way to lose… again.
