Right?! lol. (But )
EDIT - at least A.D. and LeBron are both listed as probable on the preliminary injury report. So let us hope that holds. |

Don't know about y'all in cali, Covid is spreading like wildfire in NYC since last week, way way more than the peak last year but mostly milder symptoms this time |

If it spreads in one place, others will follow.
I am not worry about it, but Catching it means 10 days out and that’s really tough for the team. |

Exactly and exactly to both of your points. So Omni Cron seems to be from everything I'm reading more contagious but a weaker virus so the symptoms aren't as strong. The NBA did report not too long ago that they had at least one confirmed Omnicron in the health and safety protocol. So hopefully that is what most people are getting. On the broadcast yesterday they mentioned that BillyMac is asymptomatic and chilling in the hotel and you know with the previous variants his demographic would've been the target that would've been most messed up so it's encouraging that all these coaches and other personnel that are getting it don't seem to be getting super sick.
That all said it's still disrupts the flow greatly for a team to have players bouncing in and out. It's not necessarily a mandatory 10 day quarantine I guess. I guess if they can get two negative test results in a row they can come out of the protocol. But if they really do have the virus than the virus has to run its course before that can happen. But - for example - the Bulls are really hating it, they have a grip of players out, they're not allowed to practice and the coach was saying he doesn't know when they'll be allowed to practice again, it's a mess. So if it is going to sweep through the NBA and "everyone gets it" I hope it does so quickly, with no serious illness, and moves on quickly because it's a mess logistically. |

What kind of rotation are we looking at now, just guessing based on what few available bodies we have remaining for this game.
Rondo/IT
Ellington/Reaves
Bazemore/Brown
LBJ/Melo
AD/DAJ/Huff
That's 11 warm bodies, well above the league threshold of 8 iirc but eeesh. |

Lakers guard Malik Monk has tested out of Covid protocols, sources tell
@mcten and me. Prior testing led him into protocols on Wednesday. The Lakers play Minnesota on Friday night. Russell Westbrook, Avery Bradley, Dwight Howard and Talen Horton-Tucker remain in protocols. |

Ah. Woj deleted this and I missed it. Just say Goon confirming it out of context.
Wonder why Woj deleted? 🤔
EDIT - and now it's back LOL 😂 |

Can they keep testing Baze til he comes up positive to get another hardship exception? |

Another false positive result?... Which is interesting if it is. I guess he tested positive then had 2 negative test results in 48 hours. |

T-Wolves Anthony Edwards is a fast rising young star. Minny is playing good ball; I expect a tough battle.
