really don't get this.. is he insinuating he should play despite being covid postiive.. or is he claiming to be that the results are false positive?
NBA did the right thing, if he is positive, he should go under Covid protocol. Nothing fishy at all. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. When LeBron manages to play longer than a 3 game stretch this season, maybe, hopefully our team can catch a rhythm, as long as our other two stars are also healthy by the time that happens. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Just in: Lakers star LeBron James has been cleared from health and safety protocols to return on Friday vs. Clippers, after testing positive but since registering multiple negative COVID-19 tests, sources tell @TheAthletic@Stadium.

Does that mean we get our national tv spot back? _________________ “You can't be held captive by the fear of failure or the fear of what people may say.” - Kobe Bryant
No, the NBA shouldn’t, GS and PHX are playing great basketball right now and the ratings in that game will be a lot higher then Clippers vs Lakers who both teams are trying to find there niche.

I know, I know. Thank goodness I have NBA League Pass here in the Bay. _________________ “You can't be held captive by the fear of failure or the fear of what people may say.” - Kobe Bryant
This is probably 1 of the quickest time a player has come back from the health and safety protocols in any sport, pretty remarkable and the Lakers should be very happy about this.

It seems like he's been testing negative since Saturday. Only when he got tested in Sacramento that it came back false positive. Also probably why he tweeted something fishy is going on.

I doubt Bron or the Lakers are very happy about all the unnecessary drama it caused which pretty much shows with that tweet of his the other day everyone was confused about.
As a fan though, this is great news to say the least.. Let's see if they can actually play with effort again especially against the Clippers of all teams.
LeBron James has been tested rigorously since returning to L.A. from Sacramento - he’s had eight Covid tests since Saturday, all of which have come back negative, sources told ESPN. His test in Sacramento was a false positive and James will return to the court Friday against LAC
This is like the modern day food poisoning the superstar of the bitter rival

Nice try Sac. Still got your asses kicked
They didn’t bother to test him again to confirm the positive? Lol no wonder he was asymptomatic

I'm sure it's by the book but makes you wonder if this was Austin Reaves whether the NBA would give any (bleep) about his 8 straight negative tests

The first thing that popped into my mind was the Kobe eating a burger at the hotel that led to a bout of food poisoning story from 2002. Oh man, the good ole days. Kobe
Just based on that, being Sacto, you had to test Bron at least a few times. Weird.

The protocols are laid out in a cut-and-dry way based on testing. You either meet the criteria to return or you don't. There isn't a subjective element to it, so Lebron had to meet the same criteria as any other player.
8 three pointers?
9-23? Took mostly jump shots to start the game.
Even at the 5, went for jump shots.
There’s Bron in the playoffs who is a beast and high IQ.
But the way he’s been approaching these games is scary bad.
Your team is struggling to be .500
You can’t come out with a coast on D, shoot jumpers mindset.
Again, LeBron shouldn't be playing the 5. If Vogel wants to stagger minutes at the 5, do it with Dwight and AD not with LeBron. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

It’s amazing how fast it happened. He was playing like the MVP last year before the ankle injury. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
