team plays to the level of the competition.. if this team is healthy in the playoffs, they might shock the NBA. Plus, the NBA is so wide open this year

If we start beating the good teams... maybe I'll change my mind.

To be honest, a team as bad as the Lakers winning the chip just feels weird. Sure anything can happen in the playoffs, but I can't remember any championship team that won it all without being a good team in the RS

1988 Dodgers... Eli Manning's Giants?

Dallas.

The Lakers starters shot 25% from 3 tonight.

The bench shot close to 50% form 3 tonight.

You are out of your (bleep) mind we wouldn’t even be close in these games without THT

ok vogel...

You can say all the stupid (bleep) you want THT is not the problem on the team He is one of the few players that actually takes the ball to the paint and scores

This loss was on Vogel. Lue ran the same sequence of plays over and over again.

Starting when we played Lebron at center and he kept spamming the pick and roll with Hartenstein and that allowed them to stretch the game with George on the bench.

Then in the 4th Vogel had us trap George which would result in Monk on him and a scramble double team = wide open shot.

Lue is one of those coaches where if you don’t stop something, he will spam it. Vogel has to know that.

And this Clipper team isn’t even that good. Frustrating loss.

That’s with Westbrook going 2-2 which rarely happens

Also guys, let’s be honest. Virtually every game we play is a dog fight nail biter.

Until we start playing better defense it’s gonna continue. Plain and simple.

I still feel like there’s some politic playing going on with the team Reeves should be out there a lot more than he is even though he isn’t eating his shot he makes things happen defensively

Yeah maybe, but they had two hall of famers and peak Tyson Chandler playing defense and almost won 60 games.

This team is oddly like the Rams... no defense in spite of having three legends... (Donald, Ramsey, Miller)

We have three hall of famers but we just stretched the team too thin and maybe overestimated the growth of THT.

He was bad but has been out for awhile, not able to be with the team. maybe his timing/wind wasn’t quite there yet.

If this is the appetizer, I am concerned about the main course.

We’re about to be served gas station hotdogs that have been spinning in that little machine since the 90’s

I just watched the last 2 minutes... I don't understand the defense they were playing. They pretty much left Clippers best shooter open then Morris hit a lucky dagger who's been struggling all season. Lakers are turning into slump busters. Monk missing 2 wide open 3s while Kennard made his was the difference at the end.

you are absolutely right.. that's why the Lakers winning it all would be a shock to the NBA... lol

His post-game didn't sound like he doesn't care. It sounded like he just didn't have it tonight. Sometimes folks just don't have it.

Do the Pelicans have a pick swap with us this year? Sort of glad the Pelicans suck as well so we might be able to keep our pick.

He is the top 3 player in the history of this game, and he gets a pass with (bleep) games like this. Hell, we might win this game easily if he didn’t play.
