I we had Nets roster ppl would call it washed up old players. KD is 33 and Harden is 32 and they had to carry that team during regular season. They don't have an experienced head coach. I still dont get how they are still favs. Giannis is getting better and better and Bucks has more complete roster than Nets. Bucks is the team we should worry about i dont think Nets can come out of East .

The Nets can win games just by the talent they have on offense. If Harden, Durant and Kyrie are all healthy and playing and actually playing together - the other teams roster construction might become meaningless.

Exactly. Brooklyn has 3 elite offensive players close to their prime, and their supporting cast aren't to be snuffed at.

Harden 30 minutes just 4 FT, and no defense

Nets sucks, most of guys only know how to shoot. Most are lazy defenders.

Right now, the Lakers would lose the Nets, the Bucks and the Heat...in the finals.

Well yeah, the Lakers are trying to implement some massive pieces while those teams have mostly the same core with only minimal differences so of course they look better right now.. That's something that was obvious 1-2 months ago. I'm def. not seeing a super scary team that would beat the Lakers for sure though at all in the Playoffs. There defense got MUCH worse. The Bucks are the team that looks scarier if anything but it's all way too early in the Season to talk in any kind of definites.

It will be very interesting how things look going into the second half of the season once everyone is starting to get in serious Playoff mode and that guy who is worse then Buddy aka Klay is ramping up.

Nets playing so well without Kyrie.

LaMarcus gives them a 5-man lineup who can shoot from anywhere, he’s averaging 13 points with 61% shooting and 39% from 3 but more importantly he is spacing the floor and opening up the lanes for Harden and Durant. His defensive rating is now 104 comparable to our DJ who is 103.

Not sure if Lakers gave LaMarcus a look, but they should’ve, he would’ve provided a stretch-5 counter punch to Dwight on this team.

I'm guessing the odds are factoring in a likely return by Kyrie. Though the Nets look good regardless.

No. They can’t compete with them in the finals because they can’t get to the finals.
