Lonzo seems like the perfect player to be here. Zo and AD for the next 10 years to build around but even for right now, a knock down 3 point shooter, playmaking pg with arguably top 5 court vision and passing ability in the league, who's also a great defender? How is he not the perfect fit?

You don't build around Zo. He is a role player nothing more

True. I don't get how people are still filled by this. I'm not saying the kid sucks but taking him #2 was a disaster. One of the worst draft picks in Lakers history. He was picked before: Jayson Tatus, Donavan Mitchell, DeAndre Fox, and Bam Adebayo to name a few. Haven't Lakers fans learned this. Has the Lakers picked any of those, and kept them, we would have still gotten LBJ and AD and would be set for the next several years.

How would we have gotten AD without trading them Ball or whoever we had drafted instead of him?

We kept Kuzma. So...

For those in favor of Lonzo ball I have two questions

He seems to get hurt a lot does anybody have a problem with that

And

Is daddy ball still an issue with his mouth
He does get dinged so that is a little bit of a concern but i would personally take that risk. his dad has 2 other boys to distract him and overall seems to be less visible after bbb failed corruptly.
Zo seems to have difficulty complimenting his game with Zion (seemingly a younger version of LBJ), how will he compliment LBJ’s game and does he have a high enough Basketball IQ to be trusted by LBJ - now?

Closing Lineup
AD
LBJ
Caruso (assumption)
KCP
Zo????

Who would be the consistent and dependable outside shooters for AD/LBJ to spread the floor??????

At least with Caruso, he is always moving/cutting/back-fooring/screening

Your statement is false. Zion loves Lonzo, on and off the court. LeBron has said over and over he has respect for Lonzo's game and they are close off thee court.

And Lonzo easily had the best chemistry with LeBron in his first stint. Lonzo easily has the best chemistry with Zion right now on NOP.

Why argue a point that is based on false statements?
