Bingo we have a winner. I want to see the Lakers clamp down hard on the Suns for 40+ minutes.

Big Marc was pivotal on both sides against GS.

It would be cool to see Damian Jones get the start, but Jones defending Ayton is gonna be BBQ Chicken, I think it’s better if Kieff starts at the 5.

I was actually looking forward to MG battling it out w/ Ayton tonight.

Kieff and Damien (if he plays) will have their hands full. Ayton will eat DJ alive but I hope I'm wrong.
On the other hand, if Kieff gets hot from the perimeter it will open things up for LBJ and the crew.
Vogel will have the team ready to give a good effort tonight.

Either way we have to bring our "A" game defensively.

Sucks. We could have used his big body against Aston. Jones will get a chance; hope his back is good to go.

That's frustrating to hear about Marc! We've had horrible timing to the players that got it.. Caruso, Dennis and Marc were all playing great for us right before getting it.. I'm not sure Trezz can guard Ayton due to him not only being athletic but also being so tall. This game just got a lot more interesting, we'll def need that free safety Lebron helping out a lot tonight.

Jones has to suck it up and get out there. This is his chance, back injuries suck but if I'm him - I'm looking for around the clock treatment so I can get out there tonight

Damn it, just when Marc is averaging 8.6 and shorting 46% from the 3 while blocking 1 shot per game, he is out.....

We were 1 pt favorites with Gasol. Wonder what those odds are now.

Lebron is clearly playing every game knowing he'll eventually get hit with the contract tracing protocol.

Keep in mind Ayton owned Gasol when we played them during the preseason, having Gasol wouldn’t have made a difference, it’s just that Gasol was starting to play well which is the unfortunate part, hopefully Jones plays so we can see if he’s a keeper or a cut candidate.

Pretty sure Ayton owned Jones everyday in practice, but if ayton is their offense, I will take that

Yeah, Pre-season for a guy like Gasol is absolutely pointless to make any matter of fact kind of statements especially considering he was clearly way out of shape and very out of sync at that point. I'd trust Gasol much more then Jones for sure but it is what it is at this point and hopefully the Lakers can play some good team defense to give our bigs some help.

Hopefully Dame does the right things that Vogel wants him to do, Ayton is gonna get his regardless.

Lakers -1? No idea how. We should be getting points.

Thus, Gotta use my head, take the point and Phoenix.
