You mean the AutoBlow?

It sort of appeals to the masses. And it’s definitely geared to women

Would prefer the styling along the lines of the H1

being a Tesla owner and fanboy, i must say, if this thing priced below 100k, it'll eat Cybertruck's lunch everyday.

I'd rather have the Badger GM is going to build for Nikola assuming equal quality.

The strategy auto manufacturers have of making every EV as ugly as possible is one I’ll never quite understand. They’ve seen Tesla’s success making attractive looking electric cars, right?

It's pricy. Too pricy for the average Joe. It's a start to getting away from gas driven autos though.

With a starting price of 112k, it'll mostly be bought up by athletes and celebrities.

I agree but that’s my point. Why can’t they make an electric Telluride? Kia is one of the companies out ahead in terms of investing in EVs. Their contribution is the much uglier Niro. I was car shopping last year and was in the market for an electric/PHEV and wasn’t quite in the mood to splurge on a Tesla. Whether it was the Bolt, Niro, Leaf, i3, etc it’s one bizarre design after another.

😬 Yikes.

What purpose does this truck serve other than being a land barge for the 1%?

Rivian or F-150e would be better more practical electric options.

Yep, if you wanna rock that quasi-military look, that or the MB G-Class better fits that bill.

Its nothing but an expensive limo for athletes or celebs.
I don't see them taking it off road or doing truck duties.

The H1 was cool because it was associated with the military Humvee, H2 and H3 not so much because they were built using off the shelf GM parts. I don't see this as more than a glorified Halo truck that'll flop after a few model years.

Yep. Electric car/truck towing is a problem. It's not the torque level, but how much the range plummets from taking on the extra weight.

I hope Bollinger motors upgrades the range for their vehicle, but even if it's not in a towing application, it pulls off the look, suspension, and a bunch of utility.

Yes. I like what the CEO is doing too. He's making slow moves to make sure the truck is good to go.

Unfortunately the 200miles of range doesn't cut it unless that vehicle is at a lower price point.

Unfortunately I haven't seen an update on it in a long time.

Good buy.

I'm just at a different point with my car experiences now. Unless it's a Porsche, I kind of don't care. I've driven almost everything.

Just waiting until 3D-printing really kicks in for manufacturing, and cost reductions happen for the public. Steel stamping and the tooling for it doesn't have to exist anymore, and it's super costly. So, hopefully, you just need the chassis, mostly build the body you want, make it generic to fit multiple engine/transmission or motors/computers, and make it US legal. That's what I want.

In the mean time, buy reliable used cars, invest the rest, and rent the exotics for the occasional weekends. I say this as a car guy, but it's not worth it. Financial freedom is.

Much of the steel stamping and tooling got bought by the Chinese and was shipped overseas anyway. The 3D body printing alleviates that infrastructure constraint.
